Dr Hameed is the best
Dr. Hameed is excellent. He takes the time to explain one's digestive issues and explain solutions. Yes, he is hard to get into see because he's in demand and yes, he's that good, but he's worth the wait.

I had a good first appointment with Dr. Hameed. He was thorough and made sure I understood what he was saying. Ended up getting a colonoscopy and had to log into the FollowMyHealth app to find the results of my biopsy. He never called. I was having painful problems and called the office to speak with Dr. Hameed or a nurse. ImpoSsible to get in contact with Dr. Hameed. Turns out he left the practice! No mention of him leaving the practice when I last saw him. I left several voicemails at his new practice and have not heard back yet. Frustrating to deal with sensitive issues and you can’t get in contact with him. Ended up having to find a new gastro doctor and start all over again to figure out my medical issues.

First visit I was there about 10 minutes early - but had to wait 45 minutes before he actually had time. More delays over the course of treatment, and the last appointment was cancelled and re-scheduled twice before it was actually set - and then another 45, 50 minutes wait while most of the staff went home and only then I'm told that he's not in the building, and they're not sure when he will arrive. Transferring my records to a new Dr.

Dr hameed called me on a tele-visit and within 10 minutes of listening to my symptoms of sever gastric upset, pain, and diarrhea for over 9 months (as a 26 year old who is relatively healthy), he prescribed medicine and said he would follow up. I had to call him 3 weeks after the medical treatment was over and he ordered a different medicine, full work up (finally!) and a colonoscopy. I was scheduled 11am and forced to take off work and have my fiancé do the same so she could drive. This is where it went TRULY AWEFUL. I arrived early (as instructed) led to a patient waiting room, got prepped and was given an iv (hookup not dripping) After colon prep and not eating for over 36 hours to this point, I waited patiently for nearly 3 hours. Two hours in the nurse answered my call and said (I have no idea when) as the rest of the nurses were audibly complaining outside the room about the waits. After the three hours, I find out he is going to lunch. Never again!

Dr Hameed saw me at the request of my family Dr.. He was extremely busy but made the time to see me at the end of his day. His actions and reactions were complete and thorough. I was hospitalized, tested and operated on by a college who specialized in my issue. Dr Hameed oversaw everything.
