My sister (Louise Jennings) died Feb. 7 at Redmond. Dr Harbin was her doctor in her final hours. Although I did not meet him i recived excellent comments from my family members that said he was a very passionate and caring doctor while he was attending my sister. My whole family is very grateful for his caring attitude. Chris Calaway.
