Dr. Bryce Paschold, DPM

After having 5 separate visits with various physician assistants and technicians, each with a co-pay, I finally had a diagnostic test and an appointment with Dr. Paschold, himself. I reviewed the test results before we met. There were 4 issues outlined in the test results, though I had only been treated for one, during the months of time and numerous appointments at Dr. Paschold’s office. He would not let me get a word in edgewise about my persistent symptoms and kept insisting (despite the evidence in the test results) that there was only one issue happening. At no point did he ask me if I had any questions. He was dismissive when I interjected in his monologue to ask anything. Each statement that he made was several minutes long and scripted, like he was reading from cue cards about only one possible diagnosis. According to him, the radiologist put erroneous information in the report. He ignored 3 other diagnoses. I am entering 8 months of pain and limping, without any relief.

Been working with Bryce since late August. He doesn't seem to know how to have a conversation, horrible listener and he talks down to people when they question his knowledge and instructions.I get it, he's the professional. He's just not very professional; seems maybe he's too busy to be a doctor and not just a surgeon.

Dr. Paschold did a wonderful job in repairing my dislocated ankle. My pain was well-controlled, I healed quickly, and the scar from my surgery is barely noticeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Paschold.

I waited for over 1 hour past my scheduled appt time and still never saw the doctor. After 30 mins of waiting with no explanation, I finally inquired when I would be seen. The staff rudely said that they will check but never came back and never offered an explanation. After another 15 mins, I was walked back to a waiting room and was told I would be sent to another room when the doctor would see me. After waiting for over another 30 mins I finally decided to leave after more than 1 hour of waiting with no communication from any one in the office as when I might be seen by the doctor. After I decided to leave, the nurse asked what I was doing and I politely said, I am leaving as I have been waiting for over 1 hour. The doctor stood right next to the nurse and never offered a word of explanation or apology, or to say that I might be seen soon or offer some kind of help to make the situation better. The office staff were rude, not helpful and not positive in their interactions.

He is a rather knowledgeable guy and I am happy that I chose him as my surgeon! He did a fantastic job and I wouldn’t have it any other way!!

We made, per referral from our primary doctor, an appointment for toe nails to be trimmed. Doctor recommended just paying $40 and not putting through insurance, which we did. Just received a statement indicating insurance had been billed $210 and we owe $29.23 in addition to $40 paid. $250 nail trim!!

I spent a lot of time with Dr. Paschold this past year due to a navicular stress fracture that occurred right before my last season as a collegiate track and field athlete. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Paschold and the entire staff at OSEC. Dr. Paschold is very knowledgable in the field and he did an excellent job helping me recover as quickly as possible, while also be conscientious of my future outside of athletics. After having surgery last August, I am 100% healthy and running again!
