Dr. Bryan Sun, PHD

I was actually not able to schedule an appointment until October 7. Because I had a suspicious lesion, I contacted my primary care provider, Bobby Sasson, and she got me in to see Dr. Sun immediately. I appreciate this!

[staff name removed] Dr. Sun and the Young doctor that worked with them were all amazing! I arrived early and I was in the waiting area less than 5 minutes before being called back to have my issues addressed. I am grateful for the honesty and the integrity of the dermatology department. My issue could not be addressed at this time and patience is all I have I guess. At least Dr. Sun confirmed that for me. This is a very well operated facility. The physicians and staff are professional for the most part. There could be heard the loud laughter that is not necessarily comforting to those in distress. Not really an issue but still a concern. I enjoyed my appointment and all the information that was provided to me. I look forward to my return in just a few weeks.

Scheduling appts. is a problem. Also told to arrive 15 mins. early, then had to wait 45 mins.

This was my first appointment at this center and I was very pleased with the total experience, including the parking. By allowing me to completely share my issue and concerns the medical personnel was able to address my issue and answer the questions I had. Thank you

In my opinion the office staff is below standard to communicate with the patients. The Doctors are good, but the office staff is unable to provide decent service.

Not what I expected. Very confusing building, reception area, not the Professionals I thought would be. Way too relaxed atmosphere, extremely casual. Not enough information for an elder patient

Dr. Sun was compassionate, professional and very knowledgeable. The same morning my lab results were posted on My Chart, he emailed to schedule a follow up phone call for that same day to discuss my options of treatment. The staff at both the Irvine Campus and Newport Beach locations were caring, professional, efficient and very respectful. Dr. Sun and his staff listened and helped me. I am completely satisfied with the service I am receiving from the staff and am 100% trusting of the care I am receiving from Dr. Sun. Thank you Dr. Sun staff for helping me.

I like everything except for scheduling the first appointment. It was brutal. It took over three weeks to schedule the first appointment. I talked to administrative people. I escalated to supervisors. I was supposed to get calls back from nurses. I can't even remember how many times I called. Over three weeks, I probably called over 12 times and talked to at least seven different people trying to get an appointment. It was extremely difficult. So that was bad, really bad. Thank you, bye.

I called them with a concern on how far out my appointment was. They found me an appointment for 5 days from my phone call. My appointment had been scheduled for the end of March and they got me in on February 9th. I was very much appreciative. Dr Sun did a great job explaining everything he did and what I should expect in the coming weeks. Thank you Dr Sun

As usual UCI has outstanding doctors and staff

The doctor, staff, and resident were excellent, really excellent, very caring and knowledgeable. I am still concerned because I still have the problem to a much lesser extent than when I came to see Dr. Sun, but I still have it and I'm afraid it's going to get bad again. So that is my concern, but he did very, very, well and so did everybody else. Thanks. Bye.
