Here I go under the knife...again!
I had an operation for a deviated septum. My left nostril was partially blocked. After the surgery my left nostril was completely open! ...But my right nostril is now almost completely blocked. So guess what I get to do? Have another surgery.

When Medicare finally approved eustation dilation. I discovered dr Richards had kept current with the latest technices. He monitored and prescribed the correct combination of medication so I could endure until he could perform the procedure. He is truly dedicated and I am so grateful for him. I sleep so much better

I've been going to Dr. Richards for 10+ years for chronic ear/sinus problems. He's a great, no-nonsense doctor who stays current in his field of expertise and is willing to think out of the box. He's a good listener and always gives multiple options for treatment with a clear, detailed explanation of each. I appreciate that he's respectful and supportive of my choices and feelings when it comes to my care.

Dr. Richards seemed like he was in a hurry. He wanted to get the procedure done when I went in and was off to the next patient. He didn't really seem like he was invested in his patient, but rather hurrying trying to get me off of his checklist.

Dr RIchards spent very little time with me, told me to take OTC medication I was already taking, called me back in to see him to tell me I had no allergies, costing unnecessary $$$, and the billing department at the clinic where he works is absolutely miserable to deal with.
