Dr. Bryan McLelland, DDS

As a local Anesthesiologist, M.D. here in Spokane I have provided dental anesthesia to over seven dental and oral surgery offices here. I work independently and am not employed by any of the offices. Dr. McLelland and his office staff really have it together. They are meticulous about caring for each patient individually, dotting every 'i' and crossing every ''t' as it relates to patient safety. There is also a good morale amongst the office staff which contributes to the overall patient experience. They provide ample time for a thorough pre-operative screening and err on the side of patient safety every time. I have been impressed with their attentiveness to the patient during every phase of the case. Dr. McLelland is fantastic and really knows his stuff. I have gone to Dr. McLelland's office numerous times in my life. Dr McLelland and his staff have always greeted me with a smile as well as going above and beyond all of my expectations. The dental chair is not my favorite place to be, but somehow, they make it an enjoyable experience every time. My most recent visit was for 2 implants near my font teeth, as well as a ridge split. I will spare you the details of what a ridge split entails. This procedure could not have gone better. Reception was quick and effective with making sure all of my paperwork and information was up to date. I was then called back by the sweetest assistant Katlyn. She was exceptional! My IV (which is my least favorite procedure) was quick and painless. She explained every step and went at a pace that allowed me to feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Bryan and his staff are truly the best in the area! If you are in need of any oral surgery procedures I could not recommen them enough! I am a lifelong patient!

My daughter, my mother and my aunt all had oral surgery procedures done by Dr McLelland. All of them received great care and had no complications afterward. I highly recommend Dr. McLelland and his staff to anyone needing oral surgery.

Dr. McLelland is fantastic! He has such a great bedside manner and inspired confidence that put me at ease instantly. I was extremely apprehensive about having a tooth pulled and an implant installed but he put all my fears to rest. He listened to my concerns and clearly explained my care plan. He’s also just a super nice guy who takes pride in what he does.Dr. McLelland explained my post-op instructions for successful results and they have been! He also called after each surgery to check on me. Who even does that anymore?!I recommend Dr. McLelland 110% to anyone who needs an extraction or an implant.
