I saw him for prenatal care, and I honestly cried after the appointment because of how discouraging he was about the education I was pursuing. He was also very awkward during my group B step test, which made me uncomfortable. I have loved everyone else at his office, so I was just glad he wasn't the one that delivered my baby. The receptionist greeted me by name by my second visit, and the nurse was very friendly and kind.

Dr. Kruskol's staff informed me that although my insurance is accepted and my insurance provides complete coverage for pregnancy that this doctor would not see me if I became pregnant due to the type of insurance I have. It's absolutely ridiculous to be told this ob/gyn in my medical group will not provide services to me due to becoming pregnant. For reference, I have BCBS HMO IL.
