Can't tell you about a recent trip because his staff refuses to allow me to make an appointment. I have been going to Dr Johnson for 20 years and the quality of his staff has continued to decline.

I have seen Dr. Bryan Johnson for 2 years, not consecutively due to changing plans. I came back to him as soon as I could due to his thorough evaluation, communication skills, knowledge and experience. I am a retired nurse married to a doctor. This doctor provides excellent service. His staff is beyond helpful-what is required these days to negotiate the medical world.

Dr. Bryan Johnson performed an excellent evaluation of concerns and the reason for my office visit. He did not rush the visit, actually addressed all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and expressed great concern for my well being. He possesses astounding Medical knowledge and his ability to address questions pertaining to meds, and diseases is extraordinary. His ability to give specifics on certain medications affecting disease treatment, without the uses of Medical literature, in any form, other than the use of "White Board" is not typical of most physicians. I felt like I was in Chemistry class, and thoroughly enjoyed his sharing his extensive knowledge with me. No matter what I asked, he was able to give me a medical answer with confidence and certainty, He really knows his medicine! Dr. Johnson has been my PCP for approximately 2 years now. I am extremely happy to be his patient! He really does care. Thank You Dr. Johnson!!!

Dr Johnson and his staff probably saved my life. His receptionist convinced me to see him on my appointment day even though I was feeling too sick to drive (spouse drove me); and when I saw him he correctly suspected heart problems without the chest pain symptoms. The end result over the next few weeks was successful triple bypass open heart surgery by a renowned Dallas surgeon whom Dr Johnson referred me to. Recently returned from a 3-week trip to the UK (London) and Italy (Sardinia & Rome) made possible by Dr Johnson and his alert staff.

As an RN I am interested in my health and understand my body and its functioning. Dr. Johnson is always ready to explain what he wants me to do or medicines I should take, complete with diagrams and information. The wait is often longer than average, but I have found that he is worth waiting for! I have not had any urgent appointments while under his care, but his nurses are always quick to be helpful when I phone or arrive at the office. He treats me with genuine caring.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Johnson. He always comes into our appointments with a very down to earth, positive attitude. He is never in any rush, he always makes sure he is covering everything needed to be checked on. Dr. Johnson is very sweet and kind hearted, always willing to do his best to help you understand what is going on. He spent a whole hour on an appt just going over my records from my brain surgery to understand what and why it was done. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson!

Dr. Bryan Johnson has shown gross negligence in caring for my 83 year old father battling multiple infections. My father was taken by ambulance to Baylor Scott & White - Centennial on Tuesday and was diagnosed with diverticulitis. He was then discharge. We sat in Dr. Johnson's office for 1.5 hours and were never seen. We left. My Father was admitted the next day via the Emergency room with a bacterial infection. Avoid this Doctor.
