Efficient
I have seen Dr Bryan Irvin twice now. In the first visit he was very personable and saw to my concern quickly and efficiently. I decided to make him my PCP. However, when I saw him today he seemed rushed (Granted, I had a laundry list of concerns to address). I got the impression he is counting the days until he can retire. But he did listen to all my issues and responded appropriately. It seems sad that he does not enjoy his work more. I feel that he is a knowledgeable doctor.

I can echo a lot of what has already been said about Dr. Irvin; horrible listener; rude; condescending; and always in a huge hurry to get out of the examination room. I would also add that he doesn't really answer questions. I have even noticed some fraudulent "reasons for the visit" that he submitted to my insurance to bill as a complicated visit when it was a simple prescription refill appointment. But my biggest complaint about Dr. Irvin is his lack of respect for other people's time. I typically have to wait for 30-45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time in the main lobby and additional 30 minutes in the exam room before he comes in; jumps on his little roller chair and starts typing away on the computer; gets up and listens to my heart and lungs and then bolts out of the room. I find it incredible that I have to wait so long when he works so quickly and maybe one other patient was called in before I was called. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Irvin.

Terrible. Rude, 3 min visit max. I should’ve checked review before I made an appt but it was a last min thing.

Worst experience ever. Imagine being in a vulnerable situation, and immediately upon entering the room, having the doctor tell you that they don't know why you are there since there is nothing they can do for you. He was very condescending, and his bedside manner needs Jesus. As I read these reviews, I am super disappointed to learn that this isn't just an isolated issue with Dr. Irvin.

Dr. Irvin does NOT care about his patients. Its been OVER 5 MONTHS since my spouse has had a specific prescription medication that he needs. Today, Mandy called and blamed CVS Caremark, but when I called them, they stated that the reason my husband has not had the medication is because Dr. Irvin neglected to call them with the additional information that they required for the authorization of my husbands medication. It's pathetic. He clearly doesn't care about the wellbeing of his patients.
