I work in healthcare, I just called this office to try to schedule an appointment for one of my patients, the second person I spoke with was loud and ignorant. She stated the doctor would be on vacation and for me to call back in July. Know I won't , I will never call this office again. If they spoke to me in this manner I know how they treat the patients. Just sad.

Patient was given an rx for suboxone: #60 8 mg/ 2 mg SL Strips. He never filled out the prior authorization despite repeated calls to his office and the pharmacy that he refers patients too. Patient received a 5 day supply, but was not able to get any more on day 6 due to William's failure to do the minimum required when offering MAT services. He should have his license revoked.

He left to go on vacation and did not leave a backup doctor, nor did he leave a phone number for emergencies! The doctor number he left to call is saying she did not agree to see his patients! What am I to do now! This doctor is not someone who cares too much about his patients.
