Worst experience I have ever had
Telehealth
We were in the middle of a video visit which I scheduled urgently earlier that morning. Less than five minutes into the video visit he hung up on me. After telling me that he didn’t know what was wrong and that I just needed to go to urgent care. When I pushed back and asked him more questions about the difference in treatment at an urgent care facility, he got defensive because he didn’t like the criticism. Then he hung up on me without any notice. I thought we got disconnected so I went back to the chat session with him, where he told me he didn’t have to subject himself to negative interactions. Wow. And then he closed the chat on me as well. What a piece of work. A doctor that is not open to learning and growing and receiving feedback is not a doctor that should be practicing medicine.

Dr. Reaves was everything I would want in a doctor. He was knowledgeable, professional, and caring. He really listened to me. Answered all my questions. And put me at ease about the reasons I called.
