I was treated in the ER by Dr Kletscher. He sewed my bladder back together resulting from a work accident. He has been my doctor since the accident and he is one of the nicest people you'll meet. I trust his skill and decision making as my doctor.

The worst medical experience of my life! Although Kletscher is a nice individual he is not a good doctor. This past March I surgery to remove what he said was a cyst. The follow up appointment was with a PA. In my immediate family there have been a dozen surgeries and everyone one of those had a follow up with the surgeon. Subsequent to the surgery I developed an extremely painful hematoma. Took a week but I got an appointment but did I see Kletscher? Nope I saw a PA instead and truth be told she was better than him in listening to me and her explanations were good. The situation continued to deteriorate to the point I had trouble walking. Made another appointment and saw a different PA. She too was good and better than Kletscher. At least the PAs could see the pain I was in and prescribed medication. I asked the second PA if Kletscher was aware of my situation. She had no clue. To me it’s clear this doctor is more interested in the paycheck than his patient. For those of you considering having him perform surgery all I can say is DONT DO IT. I’m still experiencing problems related to the surgery and will follow up with another doctor.

Dr. Kletscher is a good doctor with a nice bedside manner. The office is beyond horrible. After a trip to the ER and insertion of a catheter, I learned that they have outsourced appointment-making. I told the scheduler I'd been to the ER and wasn't asked how I was or about my condition. Docs have no time in their schedules for patients with urgent matters. Dr. Kletscher could see me in FOUR WEEKS. I saw a PA who discussed a long term plan, but not catheter removal, and was given an appointment in over 3 weeks. When the catheter became extremely painful, I called and got an appointment with a different PA the next day. At check-in they said my appointment was cancelled. No explanation or apology. I refused to leave until I was seen by a PA (Chris), who was great - the only person in the practice who cared about what was happening to me. I was asked it I wanted Dr. K to call and of course said yes. He never did. This office has sacrificed patient care for dollars. Stay away.

Very difficult to get past the screening for appointment. It felt like I was talking to a credit card complaint center. Once appointment was made it was relatively easy to register on line. The staff seemed overwhelmed even though the office did not appear to be busy. The exam was ok but narrowly focused on the specific area of my complaint. A treatment plan was given. This included a prescription which was sent to my pharmacy. It was not covered and the office will not take care of the paperwork needed for prior authorization. I asked that the prescription be sent to another pharmacy. I checked prices myself and the second pharmacy was 1000 dollars cheaper. Multiple phone calls have been made by me, and still no Rx. I have never been treated so poorly by any medical practice. It is the worst service I have encountered by any medical office and any business period. I would avoid this practice.

I have been a patient for over 15 years dealing with urinary cancer. Dr. Kletscher is a "life saver" treating me actively for the bladder cancer for 19 years. Him and his staff are most care giving, emotional and physical. They go beyond treating you as a patient and care for you almost as family. Very professional and well trained with present day treatments. I am alive today thanks to Bruce's care.

I had the misfortune of scheduling a new patient appointment with Dr. Bruce Kletscher for kidney stones. It was a disaster. I arrived in the waiting room at my scheduled time, and was stuck waiting in there for 2 hrs and 45 mins before being called back. When I finally saw him, I got no apology or anything. He had the bed side manner of a wet towel. Ultimately, he scheduled surgery for me, telling me it was a minor procedure. Well, it cost my insurance $30,000. He said he would follow up in a week to see how I was doing but never did. Four months later I called his office to see if they had any interest in my progress. I got a machine recording and waited on hold for over 45 minutes. The receptionist said his assistant would call me back in "72 hours." I thought "what kind of place takes 72 hours to return a call?" Sure enough, 72 hours went by and I never got a call back. I followed up a week and again, 30 min wait. The receptionist said "I can't make him call back."

No follow-up by support staff on referrals for additional test. I had to call insurance company myself to determine delays and follow-up with staff who never called back. In addition, Dr. sent lab work to an out-of-network lab which is now leaving me responsible for $3,500 of tests.

Kletscher is a paint by numbers doctor. My complex history baffled him but frankly, should not have. He offered a course of antibiotics for a condition where no infection was present, which is entirely inappropriate (especially for prostatitis). He was only interested in doing an exploratory procedure. The worst part is that he did not ask any questions...none. Another red flag. He was clearly interested in getting me out of the office fast to move onto another appointment. Won't return.

Had me waiting for over an hour in the screening room. Came in and gave an insufficient apology only to pay no attention to my story and instead summarily order an invasive out-patient procedure. Maybe he had an off day, or maybe he's just "one of those" types. Either way, I never went back to his office.
