Dr. Kilstein was rude and impatient. He was demeaning to me as a patient and did not listen to what I was telling him. Very unprofessional and the office staff were also.

Dr Kilstein was not attentive and was demeaning to me as a patient. He didn’t listen and his approach to patient care was deplorable in my opinion.

Dr. Kilstein was my husband's surgeon. I'll always respect Dr. Kilstein for respectfully coming right to the point at that first appointment.No one ever forgets the first time that you hear the word "cancer". We had to work quickly..my husband had 14 months of symptoms he never shared with me, just so that I wouldn't worry. When you meet a doctor for the first time you get a feeling about them right away. A gut feeling. We knew that we wanted Dr. Kilstein on our team.Gratefully, Carol&Jake
