Outstanding knowledgeable professional care from Dr Kaplan and the professional - tech providers as well. Office staff are helpful and kind, too. Waiting time has improved the past 2 years.

A number of years ago I had a case of shingles that went into my eyes. My eyes were almost swollen shut. He worked on me almost every day for weeks. I believe I would be blind today if it wasn’t for Dr. Kaplan.

Dr. Kaplan is very, very thorough-- I can't say enough about him. He has taken care of me for many years and I trust him completely. He even pushes me to make sure I get good treatment from other doctors. I would definitely recommend him,

On my visit he found holes in the back of my eyes, got me to a specialist, and had the issue resolved. As a diabetic, his extreme thoroughness is worth every penny to help keep my vision. Now he’s not a big chatterbox and you may be initially shocked when he examines your eyes, but because of him I gave up on optical centers. I am going to be hard pressed to find such a doctor if he ever retires.

A professional extensive exam very thorough time consuming but is very caring and checks everything. I find the staff very professional and helpful worth the time so spend for the excellent caring exam and treatment plans.

I had a detached retina many years ago, and Dr Kaplan monitors it very closely. He is a thorough, fabulous and compassionate Doctor who truly cares about each patient. His staff is extraordinary and genuinely caring. Each time I visit this office, I feel like I am visiting family!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Kaplan and his staff. They are ALL amazing!

Never had such an extensive exam. Referred me to a retina specialist and had staff make the appointment for me. I would definitely recommend him.

DR Kaplan is an excellent eye doctor. He does a complete exam and I feel my eyes are in good hands. Hes done surgery on me for glaucoma. He’s easy to talk to and very personable and caring.

He always takes the extra time to make sure my vision is the best it can be. I was scheduled for a six-month follow-up, but when I mentioned I had excessive floaters in one eye, he changed it to a full eye exam. He wanted to examine my retina for a possible tare and made the time in his already busy schedule. I appreciate Dr. Kaplan and would recommend him to anyone.

DR. KAPLAN IS MY FAVORITE DOCTOR. HE DOES A COMPLETE EXAM AND FEEL AS THOUGH MY EYES ARE IN GREAT HANDS. HE IS ALSO VERY PERSONABLE AND WE COULD EASILY BE FRIENDS OUTSIDE OF OUR DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP.

Basically, a good experience. Performed procedure for pre glaucoma. Glad he caught it.

I will never go back to see Dr. Kaplan again. I have never had a worse experience with a doctor. He was very curt with me. The first part of the exam was horrible!! It lasted a really long time! He had an extremely bright light in my sensitive eyes. Then he put sharp metal tools in my eyes and proceeded to do an exam that felt like he was trying to remove my eyeball from its socket. I was in severe pain both with the intensely bright light and the sharp tool. What he did to my eyes was intensely painful and unbearable. I couldn't move, It was traumatizing. When the excruciating exam was over Dr Kaplan told me that I had a hole and a tear in my right eye retina and a tear in my left retina. I honestly think he might have caused these issues with his exam. He said I must have laser eye exam this week and gave me the name of another doctor. I left the office with bruises under my eyes, like I had been hit in both eyes. SAVE YOURSELVES AND YOUR EYES and DON'T SEE DR BRUCE KAPLAN!!!
