He’s in the wrong profession
Dr. Johnson has a very cold, uncaring demeanor. He would ask a couple questions and then he was silent typing on his laptop. I saw him two times, each time was the same cold demeanor. I gave him the results from my personal doctors lab work performed 2 weeks before seeing him and he had me repeat the same test (cost over $1k). somehow his test came up with a different result. Told me to comeback and see him many months later offering no help. My opinion he would be best suited working in a morgue. I will not be going back to see him.

Dr. was one of the most impersonalble Dr.'s I have ever been to. What an aweful experience. One of the reviews said he does not like his job. Totally agree!

My experience was very good. He is a quiet but very caring doctor. Answered all my questions and I definitely trust him. He’s reserved but in a good way. The office girls are very nice.

All the negative reviews here are spot on. Uncaring, disinterested, dismissive and robot like. Is not a doc who is interested or current enough in his training to find issues that do not easily present themselves. Do not waste your time or money. If your looking for a script for Lyrica maybe he's your guy. Otherwise find someone with a shred of compassion and who takes your health as serious as you do.

Waste of time and money. (Cash or check only, how many people carry a checkbook anymore? Receptionist told a new patient that there was an ATM by the gift shop. What a joke!!) Dr Bruce Johnson, asked a couple questions, typed up notes in silence, no explanations, no information given, robot like, said that was it, nothing he could do, no recommendations, no workup at all. Worst experience with a doctor ever.

He was very dismissive of my concerns. Reviewed my old bloodwork and results and told me they were “pristine” despite my complaints of all over inflammation and pain. Told me to keep to “low impact activities” which I have been doing and to follow up as needed. No new tests, no switching prescriptions, no recommendations. To boot he charged me a level 5 new patient visit for doing absolutely nothing for me. Left the office crying frustrated. Do not recommend. Will never go back.

I have been his patient for at least 3 yrs and will not go back again! He is uncaring and disinterested in what I have to say. He orders lab tests and never reviews them and then wants me to have the same ones the next time. I most recently experienced a minor stroke and then a bad fall a few weeks later which caused a acute flair up of the RA. I called 3x and left msgs for him or a nurse to call me with an increase of my Prednisone. They would not even give me an appt. but to wait until Nov. for the next one. The office staff is the worst too!

Was so looking forward to this appointment, regarding my ongoing concerns. Felt he NEVER listended, un-empethetic, VERY COLD. So was his assistant. He did a "boat load" of tests of which 1 came back stongly positive his response was "yes its positive but we dont pay much attention to lab work". Well then why was my insurance billed $1,000. in lab fees. I was honest about my medication history he made it clear that he did not approve and basically not to return. PRECONCEIVED! wanted help :((

My experience over the past 3 years has been very positive with Dr. Johnson and the staff. I feel fortunate that I have an excellent doctor taking care of me with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Sjogrens. My appointments are every 6 months to monitor blood work up and how my meds are working. I continue to be an active golfer and jogger with the care I’m receiving. If I need an extra appointment for a flare up I have gotten in to see the doctor immediately and he makes healthy adjustments accordingly.

He did not listen to me, made an extremely quick diagnosis which was later turned around at another doctor's office in the area. Staff pushed hard to dispense Humara to me even when I had legitimate questions about the diagnosis. I did not like the experience.

I have been a long time patient of this practice and wanted to change providers within the group-was feeling my care needed new eyes to look at my symptoms and medications. I was told they do not "allow" patients to change doctors. I would have to leave practice if I did not want to continue seeing dr Johnson. I felt he was not really addressing MY concerns and not offering options for pain management or options for how to do modified daily activities such as getting dressed.

Agree with the recent reviews; Dr. Johnson seems to dislike his job and more specifically, dealing with patients. After second try with this doctor, I went away feeling like I was a hypochondriac. He is terribly rough and as a result I ached in several areas for a week.

Actually saw Dr Czajkowska of the same practice... regardless, this practice does not accept credit card payment, or allow patients to pay by phone. I.e., you can only pay with cash or check. Not very customer service oriented in my opinion.

Doesn't really listen or care about specifics. He's probably fine for maintenance of established geriatric patients, but doesn't really think about appropriate care for any other group of patients.

Went in with concerns about arthritis. Was treated like a junkie when I said I was taking Norco for horrible back pains. Wouldn't even do blood work for me. Told me I had fibromyalgia (which I don't have) and given a horrible rx for a medicine that makes you horrible sick. Will not be going back.

I would never recommend using this office based on my experience with attempting to make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was rude. The procedure for scheduling a first time appointment was complicated. It requires waiting for someone to call you back. You are not able to make an appointment with one phone call.

I have dealt with chronic joint pain for years and finally decided I was done just ignoring it and dealing with it. I called the office to set up an appointment, which was quite the process in and of itself, and had to set up an appointment 8 weeks out as a new patient. I went to my appointment and felt like the Dr. was treating me as a drug-seeker and not listening to my problems. I didn't come looking for narcotics- I came trying to find an answer for what I am going through. Disheartened.
