Dr Works 1 day/Week & Receptionist is 100% USELESS
I don’t have a problem with Dr Hira, just Carm. I’ve been needing an MRI on my neck & was in EXCRUCIATING PAIN for TWO Months now & all she would say is the Dr has to see me 1st but wouldn’t book me an appointment bc he only works Fridays now & said the new PA’s don’t accept my insurance (BS I believe) I also believe that she hasn’t even TRIED to get an appointment for me nor has she even told the dr about me & what is going on. TG I have his & his wife’s phone numbers so when I get another line of $hit from Carm, I’ll be calling him personally

I have been a patient for over 10 years, most often a patient of the physician assistant. The administrative office has become inconsistent and the staff has changed due to Dr. Hira bot being in the office since March, 2020. A request for records was done 45 days ago for my son and I with no results.

The office staff is very impatient and rude. This has not been a one time incident. It has been almost every time I call or go in. Paperwork takes months to get filled out, even when you call and remind them every few weeks.

Dr. Hira and his P.A. Lawrence Larussa are two of the most professional, caring, thorough, knowledgeable medical professionals I have ever encountered in my 85 years on this earth. I am grateful for their care for many many years. The office staffers are great as well, and I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Hira is an absentee-doctor. His office hours are handled by a PA. A month ago, my 90 year old mother was taken to his office by my sister, after perimedics helped her into the car, since she was so weak she could not walk. The PA diagnosed a bronchial infection and sent her home even though she COULD NOT WALK. Two days later my mother was taken to ED where she was diagnosed with pneumonia. She died three weeks later.

Dr.Hera should lose his license. He almost killed my Mother in law. After going to him many times for shortness of breath, dizziness,no energy, he insisted she was just depressed. No tests ,no blood work. Thank God her daughters are in the Health field. They found a cardiologist on their own ,made an appointment to quickly discover she was in congestive heart failure . Beware! Beware! Get a different Doctor before he kills your loved ones.

First time visit with Dr. Hira. Felt well cared for. Dr. Hira answered my questions and gave me advice I feel was well needed. My parents have been coming to Dr. Hira for many years and I hope I will be as well.

Dr. Hira doesn't rush office visits. He is concern about giving me the best medical care and medical advise. He is upfront and will let you know the consequences when you don't follow his advise or medical plan.
