Great doctor
We have Dr. Hayes as our primary care doctor. He actually touches, examines patients, listens to their issues and performs labs and X-rays in accordance to the problem. That he actually performs a history and physical is amazing. He follows up on labs, himself. Truly a physician that you can rely on.

I made an appointment for 10:30am. Was asked to wait in my car until they were ready for me. After an hour and a half, I called to check in and they said it would be another half hour. Once 12:30pm rolled around I got a call saying it would be another 25 minutes. I had to cancel. I talked with the receptionist who was very nice and asked her to share my disappointment with the whole situation with the doctor. It’s been a week and a half now with no follow up. Is there no care in this industry anymore? I’m going to find another doctor.
