I saw Dr. Croft on a recurring schedule for about 6 months before I grew weary of the long waits in his overcrowded waiting room and the lack of improvement of my condition. My new podiatrist said that his diagnosis of my condition was incorrect and questioned why x-rays had never been taken to confirm his diagnosis.

I had tried two experiences with Bruce Croft. Extremely difficult to make an appointment, staff is not easy to work with. Wait times are excessive and I had to leave after 1hr of waiting and still had 3 people infront ot me. I asked the staff if this was normal and they said yes. He comes and goes quickly and spends little time with patients. I cannot comment on his effectiveness, but I didn't stay long enough to get any remedy. Now I have to find a more accessible Podiatrist.

I bring a person to see dr croft. I would not recommend him. It is very hard to get an appt . I also find you wait a minimum of 1 hr to see him and have waited as long as 2 hrs. He trims so little off the nails I can't even tell he did anything. There are also only 2 handicapped spots and the building is hard getting a wheel chair in
