A Master Surgeon!
Dr. Winner is a master surgeon! It is really important for women to know, especially when they are told their uterus is "too big" for minimally invasive that what is "too big" for one surgeon is not necessarily "too big" for another. I learned with Dr. Winner that almost all hysterectomy can be done minimally invasively safely in the hands of a high- volume surgeon and Dr. Winner is for sure one of them! Her skills/experience speaks louder!

I was looking for a "Nancy's Nook" or Icarebetter . com approved doctor to perform my endometriosis excision, myomectomy, and salpingectomy. Dr. Winner was not on those lists but I am glad I chose her. She was the only one I spoke with who could do all three in one operation, laparoscopically (my largest fibroid was nearly 2 pounds, larger than a baby's head). She was also covered by my insurance - and as a bonus, I did not have to drink anything for surgical prep. I was off prescription meds in two days, and off OTC pain meds in three, and back to my desk job in two weeks. My three 1-cm incisions are healing nice and flat, like little scratches. It's been just a couple months, so still early to judge the results, but my pain is definitely reduced.

I really researched Dr Winner. She was so on it. She did exactly what she said below with visuals on a virtual call at a time when meeting in person wasn’t an option. She made me feel very good and confident in this life changing procedure. She also repaired another area around my bladder to help me out which wasn’t planned. Her staff (Nurse Cindy) and all the other surgical team were amazing as well. Very organized and little or no wait time to get info and meet for appointments. I would highly recommend Dr Winner for your gynecological surgery needs. A+

Dr. Brooke Winner MD operated on my wife in January 2020. My wife was at her wit's end, she had been struggling for many years especially the last two years before her operation. There were over a dozen doctors that could not find any problems and told my wife that every symptom and issue was “normal”! After meeting with Dr. Brooke Winner, we noticed the instant professionalism, concern, and compassion towards the situation. We truly appreciate what she has done in our lives; we are now proud parents of a beautiful princess after over 10 years of trying. Thank you soooooo much!!! Dr. Brooke Winner is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I was referred to Dr. Winner from my fertility specialist. My specialist wanted Dr. Winner’s opinion on whether I should have surgery (for endometriosis) before moving forward with IVF. This is such a tough decision and I am so glad to have had consulted with Dr. Winner. I ultimately did NOT have surgery but I can tell you that her attitude, knowledge and honestly were sooo appreciated. She could’ve easily said yep, let’s operate but instead looked at my case individually and felt I should move forward with IVF. Dr. Winner is part of the reason I now have two beautiful babies. After doing a lot of research on excision surgery for endometriosis and fibroid surgery, I’ve learned it is so important to find an ob/gyn who SPECIALIZES in this (meaning does it day in and day out like Dr. Winner!)! I would highly recommend seaking her out for a consult if you have any gyn issues.

Have you ever gone to a doctor who remembers the tiny details of your case every time you visit with them? I find that is more rare then you would think, which is what makes Dr. Winner such a gem! Not only is she organized and detail-oriented, she is a tremendous person and surgeon. Highly recommend her for your endometriosis and surgical needs.

Wonderful experience! When I first met Dr. Winner - I mistook her genius for abruptness. But I kept with her and realized, she simply doesn't waste time on fluff which is GREAT! She is clear, precise, upfront, honest and understanding. I had been having undiagnosed pain for years. We decided to see if I had Endometriosis through exploratory surgery. Luckily I did not but it gave me great peace of mind knowing what I don't have vs what I do. She was able to fix a few other things while she was at it that have made a huge difference for me! While we didn't figure out the big cause, she gave me more clarity into my health journey and helped with other items. All while being kind, friendly and considerate of my unique story. I would HIGHLY recommend reaching out to her if you have gynecological surgery needs. 5 stars!

Dr. Winner was a LIFESAVER. After being misdiagnosed, and even having an unnecessary procedure with another MD, she provided me with thorough, thoughtful, and mindful care. She was completely transparent, and made sure I understood that everything that was happening, and was going to happen during my surgery. The actual surgery went off without a hitch, and recovery was a breeze. Well, as breezy as a recovery could possibly be! I highly recommend her.

I had the privilege of seeing Dr. Winner after another doctor in Seattle referred me to her based on her specialty in minimally invasive, gynecological surgery. What I was so impressed with was her ability to showcase all options available and make a professional recommendation as to what her approach would be. I had (4) uterine fibroids removed, the largest being 12cm and in total 242g of fibroids. Dr. Winner set both my husband and I up for success, carefully explaining the entire laparoscopic procedure, the risks, and post-operative care and recovery. Her work was impeccable - my surgery was outpatient, so I was able to come home same day, she reached out to me by phone both the day after surgery and two days after surgery to check in, and within 48 hours post-surgery, I was taking a stroll down my block outside in the sunshine and back to work and doing yoga about 2.5 weeks after the operation. The care I received from her and her team was amazing. I can't say enough good things.

??I recently had surgery with Dr. Winner to remove two very large endometriomas from my ovaries. I have Stage IV endometriosis which was diagnosed in 2012. In 2018, I discovered that the cyst had returned and I now had one on each ovary. When I met with Dr. Winner, it was immediately clear that she is incredibly knowledgeable about my condition and she is very passionate about what she does. I was excited that she has the most up-to-date knowledge and training on endometriosis. ?? ??If you are struggling with pelvic pain or if you have endometriosis and you are thinking about having surgery, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Winner. Even if you have a current OBGYN, I would still recommend talking to Dr. Winner about your specific concerns. She will give you an honest, well-informed answer. I am so glad I advocated for myself and searched for a third opinion. I can’t thank her enough.

Dr. Winner (her name says it all) is a remarkable surgeon. I was referred to her after being diagnosed with an extremely large fibroid (17cm @ the time of my last MRI and 17X the weight of a normal uterus at the time of surgery) that the medical team who was treating me could not handle without a majorly invasive surgery. To say I am lucky that Dr. Winner moved to the Seattle area is an understatement, as she is one of the few (maybe only) surgeons in the country who could have removed my fibroid through a less invasive procedure. The care I received by Dr. Winner was impeccable. Not only did she educate me on all options for treatment, her confidence and compassionate attitude helped make me feel at ease throughout the process. She even made the process easy on my family, who was directed to a private waiting room during my 6 hour surgery. If you have a large fibroid and are unsure what your options for removal are, I highly recommend Dr. Winner. She's amazing.

It was a true blessing to have Dr. Brooke, as my surgeon. From pre-surgery to post, she took the time to care for my well-being. I cannot recommend Dr. Winner highly enough! She was very knowledgeable and compassionate regarding all of my fibroid symptoms, and though I did elect to have a hysterectomy, she never made me feel pressured into that decision. She answered all of my questions patiently and thoughtfully, and personally followed up with me after my surgery. The surgery she performed on me could not have gone better- I had zero complications, a fast recovery, and very small scars afterward. Dr. Winner's care has been some of the best medical experiences of my life and I am very thankful!

I would highly recommend Dr. Winner to anyone. She performed a total laparoscopic hysterectomy bilateral and removed several very large benign fibroids 1978g and benign endometriosis. Laparoscopic procedure was much less invasive and she is a highly trained expert in this type of procedure. I am very grateful to God, Dr. Winner and to all her professional team, my experience was great and my recovery was very quick and not very painful.. Thank you Dr Winner God bless you.. Ruth
