Lacks doctor -patient rapport
Dr Halford was indifferent to my concerns as a patient. She completely ignored the care plan, which was set by my specialist and care team, that actually works for me. When I conveyed to her that what she was doing wasn't working for me and she should follow my care plan, she would not even consider what I was saying and she would walk away right in the middle of the conversation. I felt ignored and helpless. Dr Halford may be brilliant in her knowledge of medicine but she lacks the ability to listen to her patients' concerns and settle them. Patients are not a to- do list to complete before you clock out. They are real people.
