Patient, unrushed, and a great communicator speaking in terms easy for a non medical person to understand. Has always gone out of her way to know my results and status from other providers and tests before I visit her. Strong recommendation !

Dr. Phala is so caring, kind, professional, thorough, helpful and nonjudgemental. I never felt rushed during my initial appointment and she made me feel very safe and comfortable discussing my personal health concerns and issues. It was such a long and frustrating battle trying to find a new and GOOD MD after my doctor of 35 years retired. A friend recommended Dr. Phala and I’m so grateful she did because I couldn’t be happier. The staff is so friendly and welcoming especially Dr. Phala’s M.A.

Easy to pre-register prior to arrival. Dr. Phala is very easy to talk to, she listens, explains conditions, possible treatment options clearly. Always willing to listen to questions and concerns.

Dr. Phala was wonderful! She listened to me and my concerns. I had very little wait in the lobby and in the room. The Dr. came in within 3 minutes of my vitals being taken. She was easy to talk to, which means a lot to me. The staff was also very nice.

I would highly recommend Dr. Phala. The process of scheduling an appointment online was incredibly easy. When I got to the facility for my appointment, the waiting room was not busy and everything looked very neat and clean. The nurse that took my general information was kind and efficient. Dr. Phala was very pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about my physical and mental health and wanted to make sure we looked into anything that could be bothering me during my appointment.
