Dr. Britney Huneycutt, DO

I have been with this practice seeing Dr. Huneycutt and her PA for over a year and this is the only practice I have ever recommended. They treat you as if you are the only patient they have. I have been seeing doctors in this area since 1972 and none of them have made me feel special. I prefer in person but I have done Telehealth when necessary. I am never rushed out of the office with unanswered questions. Dr. Huneycutt is truly a people person. When I message the patient portal I am answered. When I call the office it is answered. Everyone is kind and helpful.

Excellent bedside manner, highly intelligent and very kind. All the rooms in her offices are immaculate.

Dr. Huneycutt is a wonderful doctor and human being. I’ve never gotten such great care before and I’m 66 years old. Her staff is great as well. The words that come to mind about this practice is kind, compassionate, smart and always willing to help and listen. You can’t go wrong with Huneycutt Family practice!

I love the Dr but her staff is terrible. She also no longer takes insurance and is concierge only. Her office never communicated this to myself or my adult son. We called for a prescription refill and found out we were no longer patients.

While my spouse and I had a good initial consultation with Dr. Huneycutt, the lack of communication and responsiveness that followed was quite disappointing. Since we were not informed of the office's patient portal, we attempted to reach the office via phone and email, as we were asked to do. In spite of having left multiple messages requesting exam results and a status update regarding a script that should have been sent to our pharmacy, we never heard back from the doctor or the office. In fact, we had to schedule a visit and pay to learn that the test that I was told had been done during my initial consultation had not been done - which they only looked into during my follow-up consultation, and that they believed there must have been some mix-up with the script. The doctor went on to recommend that we call the office after hours rather than trying to reach them during office hours as calls are then transferred to her cell phone.

Dr. Huneycutt is the doctor I've been looking for. Her office is pleasant and staff is competent. Dr. Huneycutt is calm and very attentive. I look forward to being a patient for years to come.

My husband and I and my daughter and son-in-law are all patients of Dr. Huneycutt and we all love her. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time with us to address our concerns. I feel like she really cares!

It has been a challenge finding a healthcare provider that I can talk to and feel comfortable with. Fortunately, Dr. Huneycutt has helped me cut through some of the confusion and anxiety I used to have towards doctors and doctors offices. The staff is also friendly and accommodating and my visit was a pleasure.
