I used to see Bridget when she worked at the Sherwood Providence. I often still think about her even though it’s been 10+years. Dr. Martin was so incredibly dismissive specifically regarding excess of vaginal bleeding. Prior to the reports of bleeding she diagnosed me with *generalized anxiety and put me on 5-6 antidepressants. Additionally she said “Just don’t stress.”* After this anxiety diagnosis, it was hard for anyone to take me seriously because they assumed I was just being overly anxious. Fast forward to 2016 I I had been anemic for so long that I had actually started to go into cardiac arrest. I ended up having to have a total hysterectomy. My uterus was 11x10 INCHES! All she had to do was order imaging of my uterus which she never,NEVER did. I will never forget how this woman treated me or the antidepressants she kept prescribing or the amount of suffering that I experienced for 10 years. She is neither a champion or an advocate of women.- Do better Dr Martin.

I have never had a more compassionate experience than I have had with Dr Martin. She truly listens and doesn't make me feel like I am wrong in my feelings. When I received my cancer diagnosis she was amazing! If I need to talk with her, I have no issues of getting in to see her. She is part of my cancer team and I am so glad she is.
