Wasted time and copay
Appointment was scheduled in Dec 2024 and was on Jan 2, 2025. I choose to educate myself as much as possible and make my own healthcare choices. Dr. Hackman refused to order many of the labs I requested. When I pressed the issue, she arrogantly insisted she would only order the labs that SHE thought would help. She also scheduled 3 tests. (echo, stress test, & arterial leg) First appt dates available were in Feb. Follow up was scheduled for March. Then they cancelled that appt saying she's out of the office and said I'd have to reschedule for April. That's FOUR MONTHS just to find out if I have a serious problem with my heart, much less start any treatment. I could be dead by then! So I contacted another facility to see if they could do the tests sooner. But Dr. Hackman won't send the test orders to the other facility. So now I have to pay ANOTHER copay for another initial exam with them just so they can order the same tests. Complete waste of my time and money.

Dr Hackman is kind, caring, respectful and extremely knowledgeable and a very nice human being. I’d give her 10 stars!!

I felt very confident in Dr. Hackman's cardiac knowledge after my first visit with her. She was very thorough and reassuring as we discussed my tests and concerns. She was unrushed and spent time listening as well as giving me information. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr Hackman is AMAZING. She is knowledgeable , kind and easy to communicate with. She explains why she is offering this or changing meds to that. I would recommend her to everyone who needs and appreciates a great doctor. You wont be sorry you did
