The Dr for you if you want the bare minimum!
If you need blood pressure or cholesterol meds, he’s the Dr for you. But if you have a medical emergency, don’t bother him. I got Extremely sick, left 3 msg, he went home early, and they didn’t even bother calling me back for 5 days! By which time I had already needed to be on the meds that I would have needed. I tried calling on Sat and they put me on hold for 1/2 hr, when I called back, they kept hanging up on me without even answering. Don’t bother using the portal, he doesn’t even check messages let alone return them. Now that I’m past the initial sickness, I have long-term symptoms which could have been avoided if they had helped me. He says he offers tele-health, he does not!!! They scheduled me for a tele-health, and then said I had to come in even though I was too sick to even get out of bed by the time they called! At this point, I have constant migraines & they chastised me for using my migraine meds too often instead of addressing the constant migraine. Look elsewhere!

Terrible doctor! Unfortunately, I have seen Dr. Zehnder multiple times due to the fact he is the only "gastro" doctor at the Magna Clinic. He never remembers who I am, always says "I think I can help you" yet never has. The last time I went there he wanted to schedule a colonoscopy. I asked for the cost associated with this and he asked that I speak with his scheduling assistant Georgia. She came into the exam room she immediately tried to schedule me for surgery. When I explained that I wanted to get a cost estimate first she tried to get me to sign a consent to treat form agreeing to surgery with a $200 cancellation fee. Saying "sign this and you will not need to come back into the office" When I pressed her on if this was a form that was agreeing to treatment, she backed off and said she was confused and would follow up with an estimate. (she was not confused, she knew exactly what she was doing) Neither her nor Dr. Zehnder ever bothered to follow up with an estimate.

After having an Ultrasound preformed requested by Dr.Alan Jones on the 2nd floor of the Exodus Healthcare Network facility, I was contacted a few days later saying that I needed to schedule an appointment with Dr. Zehnder . I asked why I needed an appointment with Dr. Zehnder and the gal on the other end said she could not discus medical issues and that I needed to make an appointment. Making it sound as if it were extremely important. Appointment made and went. Come to find out there where no issues, but an extremely overwhelming feeling of SCAMMNESS. There was no need for me to see Dr. Zehnder. My ultrasound could have been given to Dr. Alan Jones ( but he did not request it) for a follow up but they ( Exodus Network) decided to take advantage and get me to come into a doctor that I did not need to see. Do not trust this facility. Do not trust the physicians or doctors here. What a scam!

Literally the worst Dr I have ever met. He is a business man more than he is an actual Dr. Doesn't care about his patients only cares about the $$ going into his clinic. PLEASE don't schedule with him!!

Disappointment - best way to summarize an experience with Dr. Brian Zehnder. The Magna Exodus Clinic is definitely NOT ethical in how it "arranges" ways to charge excessive amounts while providing minimal service. Annual exams that would be covered by insurance are manipulated into 2 visits for twice the money. Annual prescriptions are demoted to 90 days to attempt a force of a ANOTHER uncovered visit -- All this for a basically healthy person. Do NOT recommend this Dr or Facility!!

I didn't chose Dr Zehnder, he was chosen for me by my previous doctor who sold his practice to Zehnder, I had my concerns from the beginning, but I stuck it out since everybody has bad days, he seems to lack any empathy and didn't care to discuss my case in much depth, the last time I saw him he didn't even know some very basic facts about my case, could've taken him a few minutes to read my file, but he didn't even have that with him. I ran out and never came back.

He enabled my father's opioid addiction; which eventually killed my father. He was also very mean to my child because he was having difficulty with the pain levels during a procedure. It isn't uncommon to overhear others in the clinic or at the pharmacy near there, talking about how they'll never go to Zehnder again. I'm definitely in that same boat. I'd highly recommend you stay away from this man.
