My visit was easy and smooth. Dr. Vicuna listened to my concerns and addressed them properly. I was pleased with the straightforward treatment plan.

We schedule appointments at a certain time for a reason. This is not on the Dr or scheduler, but I almost had to cancel a very important business meeting due to lateness. While it was a telehealth appointment it felt rushed, but the Dr did address as well as got me everything I needed. I've been seeing Dr V for just under 2 yrs and he as well as his staff are really nice and typically answer any questions I have within 24 to 48 hours if I dont have an appointment.

My visits are always on time and his staff always have smiles which is very comforting…

Always reviews blood work, with explanations. Answer all questions. Good personality. Reviews meds and progress.Appointments always on time.

I do TeleHealth visits with Dr Vicuna. I have had a couple with his PA but never a comparison as to preference. Oncology is a serious matter and i ALWAYS prefer to see or talk directly to my treatment physician(s). Thank you Dr Vicuna for being an important person in my treatment and recovery processes. When I was first diagnosed with breast cancer, Dr Vicuna was my oncologist. He is very nice but I met with him quite a few times and during each visit, I felt like a new patient. I felt like he never read my charts and didn’t know my history. Each visit I had to remind him of certain things and I never left there completely understanding what he was recommending. I knew I needed and deserved more as this was and is a very scary time in my life so I put a transfer of care in and now am completely happy with my choice.

He is courteous and takes the time to explain things so the patient can understand what is really going on. He understands that he is dealing with people who are experiencing some of the worst things they could imagine, and is really there for you. I would also like to acknowledge that although it is hard to get through to anyone quickly the staff will always respond.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Vicuna today and my experience was the best I have had since I was diagnosed. He was calm, educated and showed interest in me and my needs. This is the first Oncologist that agrees with/offered me the treatment plan I have been requesting for a year now. I am so happy to have been paired with him!! FYI...My fight with breast cancer has been horrible due to the previous doctors I had before finding Dr. Vicuna! I was going to seek treatment in Arizona if he didn't say what I went to here. I must say he definitely exceeded my expectations!! Hope your experience is the same or better!!

Always on time and very professional

As always, we look forward to seeing him. He always listens and pays attention to our needs and answers our questions. He explains everything to us in a way that we understands. He takes his time and does not rush. We will definitely recommend him to all our family and friends

Dr. Vicuna managed all aspects of my breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. Everything was arranged so smoothly that I felt less stressful. He is very patient, professional and listens to his patient.
