This doctor just totally is so condescending and talks over you! I would NEVER recommend him to ANYONE!

Dr. Toupin basically told me he couldn’t do anything for me and spoke to me in a very condescending manner. Would not recommend him.

Where do I start? This “doctor” couldn’t take a minute to ask about the health problem I came to him for and immediately started pushing a medication that I stated three times I was not comfortable taking, nor my PCP. He told me “well I don’t know what to tell you” despite me asking several times if I should go to urgent care, ER, or wait to see my PCP. When he did finally get to that answer, he was incredibly condescending. Praying would have worked better than this man, and I’m not religious. Let’s hope I don’t bleed out - this experience has made me question ever using the medical system again.

Rushed and condescending
Telehealth
Teleheath appointment. Tried to get me off the call as quickly as possible. He gave me advice but it was generic (didn’t help) and he didn’t give other ideas or next steps. His tone and manner made me not want to use telehealth anymore.

Very condescending, would not recommend

I spoke with this Dr through MDLive and am honestly surprised he has a job. He was extremely condescending and not helpful. At one point I asked him at what point my illness could turn bacteria and his response was “I don’t have all night to walk you through that”. We had only been on the phone a minute or two at this point, and the whole call lasted 2 minutes and 51 seconds. I would not employ this man.

Very helpful
Telehealth
I used MD Live & Dr. Toupin was the physician that gave consult. He prescribed the medication, which I was able to pick up. Within less than 24 hours I felt to much better. Dr, Toupin diagnosis was right on, he was friendly & professional. For people complaining.. go to the ER. Telehealth visits are for convenience, quick eval & treatment. Thank you Dr. Toupin
