Dr. Brian Ruggle, MD

There's too much to write about Dr. Ruggle is the most compassionate and caring doctor I've ever met. He is so kind and has been so patient and consistent with my partner. He actively listens and then takes my partners thoughts into consideration. He works with my partner, he isn't just someone that we go to and then do nothing, he makes real difference and real changes.

The physician was wonderful and I would recommend him to others.

Looked at my after visit notes. When I told him certain concerns and he'll make note and to make sure I tell other providers. He didn't make note. Felt like he wrote it off.

Despite the fact that Ruggle is frequently late, I know it's because he spends a lot of quality time with his patients, and I intentionally don't plan any meetings at work too soon after a doctor appointment. I always feel heard, and that he had addressed all of my concerns and possibly treatment plans. I've honestly never met a better physician (primary care or specialist).

It has been a struggle to find a doctor I can trust and will not be hard to talk to. I finally have one with Dr. Ruggle. I have no issues speaking with him, he's very detailed and explains things the way a non-medical person can understand. If there are options to treatments they are compared and gone through in great detail. Also, he is very friendly and caring but not fake about it. I will continue going to a doctor as long as he's there.

He listens to what you say and answers questions. If he doesn't know for sure, he'll say and send you to a specialist.

I was told he had only 20 minutes like this was an assembly line.. made sure to lecture me about not having a primary. Then I did labus for a UTI took 4 days to get meds Took a second lab to see if the UTI was gone nope it has been 6 days nothing. I looked at results Friday and knew it was still infected. Now it is back to where it was before I went to see him. Oh and I got "tell the patient" when I had to request meds the first time. I wasn't even a person

Appointment at 9:20 and already running behind 1/2 hour! In a lot of pain, can’t walk and told me to go to PT when he should of gave me a brace until I could get into PT. Said he couldn’t read X-ray. Left without any answers.

Brian was very perceptive and interested in my concerns, he caught more than I initially anticipated he would as evidenced from his physician notes. His concern was genuine and non-judging and the conclusions were exactly what I had anticipated from my own research to coming in for the appointment. He followed up *immediately* after my results came in from another clinic and that offered me some relief because otherwise I would have to try and sleep worrying about any unknowns -- he settled all unsettling thoughts just moments after the results came in. Deeply impressed on multiple levels.
