I have been a patient of Dr. Riordan for a number of years now regarding my treatment for stroke related issues. I always appreciate his recommendations and care. He makes some of my daily challenges easier to handle and I appreciate his ongoing help. His entire staff is always friendly and helpful. I give him and his entire staff the highest grades.

Absolutely atrocious patient care. I was advised i could be helped via telehealth while the office was closed during COVID. so i kept the appointment. I spent $170 to be told there was nothing i could do until the office was reopened. Billing never submitted to insurance so my insurance didn't even cover it. Billing was completely unhelpful. When i finally saw the doctor, he was knowledgeable and transactional. He gave me the lidocaine shots, with no effort to look into the underlying cause of the pain and had no recommendations for improvement.

Seemed okay at the first visit, but zero follow up. Dr. Riordan didn't really seem to know anything about my condition and the lack of follow up confirms it.

Went to this doctor with high hopes after hearing good recommendations, and waited two months to get in. He tried me on one medication, and when I had an adverse reaction to it, I asked him where we went from there. He said nowhere and I would have to learn to live with the pain. I've tried calling to discuss options on several occasions and he does not return my calls. So much for pain management.

The staff is not thorough in following the paper work that needs to be done. I talk with 3 different girls and got 3 different responses. Had to follow up many time before they got what i needed. Got the feeling that no one knew what to do.

Dr Riordan is a wonderful doctor! Very quiet, but actually listened to me and found a way to tackle my pain on my first visit. When i call to speak to him, he returns my calls almost instantly. I am very pleased to have found him.. most doctors are horrible, but i trust Dr. Riordan.

Saw Dr. Riordan for chronic pain associated with neck injury, arthritis, injuries. He works with you to find the best path forward, without handing out a lot of pills (which is what I want - I don't want to be dosed all the time). He listens well, has a very nice demeanor, is thorough, and accommodating of special requests, or with recommendations for specialists in other areas.
