Worst Dr I have ever seen in my 60ish plus years. Did not listen. Did nothing to help me. Did not care. No clue why he is a Dr.

Be sure to read all of the reviews on Bryan Rasmussen MD. He is arrogant, no bedside manner and thinks he knows a patient’s body better than the patient. All I asked for was a round of antibiotics. You would have thought I was asking for a controlled substance. I think doctors forget they work for us. We pay them. They don’t pay us. Save your money, time and dignity and find a doctor who actually listens to you.

Saw Dr. Rasmussen at Instacare this morning. He was very focused and provided solutions to sinus problems I have had for months.

My son had some bloodwork done at urgent care. The next day we could see some values flagged as abnormal. We could not get anyone to answer the phone about the lab results (super great and busy staff, right before the holidays). We went into the office again to follow up in person. The staff and nurse were amazing. Dr. Rasmussen needs to work on his bedside manner to say the least. He made us feel like we were wasting his time and we felt embarrassed for being there. My son had been sick for a week at this point and I'm a worried mom two days before Christmas. I'm paying for an office visit, please treat me and my family with respect. I'm sure with all of your experience you can figure out a better way to talk to people.

Visited with Dr. R in Urgent Care in 2020 because I could not get ahold of my psychiatrist and I had run out of meds. Needed some while I figured things out. I paid an expensive urgent care bill for 3 days worth of medication and a very unwarranted lecture about visiting my psychiatrist regularly. He also interrogated me about what medication I was taking and why (indicating that he's not really familiar with the actual usage of any of them). I was also blamed for the irresponsibility of my psych's staff. I have never felt more disrespected and talked down to in a medical facility. I've been doing this for 2+ decades, buddy, you're an urgent care family doc. How long did you spend studying mental health? A unit? A class? Furthermore, during this very inappropriately conducted visit I was entirely alone. Due to pandemic procedure, no one could come back with me. I was nonplussed and shocked into silence. Just read the clinic notes bud, you did NOT handle that as well as you thought.

Dr. Rasmussen is caring and listens. He does a very good job of following through with any concerns I have. He is a great doctor with a great staff.
