I was in the ER for the first time, and Dr Potts explained things well, was very kind and supportive, and provided excellent care. The nurse who came after said he treats the staff and patients well. Since I work with physicians, I know how important that is. I really appreciated his clinical care.

Dr. Potts supervised my care 3/5/16 at Alta Bates ER, where I was admitted to an ER bed for work up of a persistent severe respiratory illness with fever. I was very impressed with him personally and the care he provided and supervised and I am recovering rapidly.
