Dr. Pickard reacted to a serious problem very quickly while I was in the ER. After confirming various tests he performed surgery realizing that if he did not react immediately, further complications would occur. After the surgery, Dr. Pickard spoke with my wife to let her know that everything went well. The Dr. is very caring and has a GREAT bedside manner. I'm sorry that I was unable to thank him personally.
