I needed a tooth removed. Excruciating pain the past two days. I was granted an appointment this morning (a cancellation). Dr. Paterson could not have been nicer and more welcoming.I had not expected to have the tooth extracted immediately!I agreed to sedation. When I awoke, my wife was sitting in the exam room, the tooth was gone, I remember nothing.No post procedure pain nor discomfort! Thank you Dr. Paterson for making the pain go away! In March of this year I was referred to Dr. Paterson because I needed to have several teeth extracted in order to have partial dentures made. At 70 years old after years of suffering with broken teeth I was finally going to get the work done. I first met with Dr. Paterson and he explained what had to be done and I would have to have 11 teeth taken out and The surgery was scheduled soon thereafter. He made me feel quite comfortable and I felt I just had to take a leap of faith. The surgery went quite well and in 1 hour I was able to walk out the door on my own. The best part is I still can’t believe I had no pain and no swelling after the surgery at all and healed pretty quickly. Dr. Paterson has made it possible for a lifelong dream of mine to have a beautiful smile become a reality in the very near future for which I will be eternally grateful.

Recently had a tooth pulled and although that’s never pleasant Dr Patterson made me as comfortable as I could be and explained everything in detail. He called me that afternoon to ensure I was doing ok. It was a great experience and will definitely go back if I need to in the future.

Great bedside manner! I came to Dr. Paterson for wisdom teeth extractions and he was so kind, thorough, and patient while addressing all of my concerns. He genuinely seemed interested in getting to know his patients. I never waited longer than 5-10 minutes and the office staff was excellent! I had some scheduling constraints so they went through the calendar day by day to find an appointment and notified me of any cancellations.

I cannot say enough about this doctor. His demeanor was terrific and he displayed a comfortable level of confidence. He spent a great deal of time reviewing dad's records and explaining all of the options. We felt like we were the only patients he had to see. He answered every question and personally assisted my dad after the appointment to get to the reception desk. Having met with other oral surgeons, I am so thankful to find the right one for my father.

Dr. Paterson was incredible from start to finish. He took the time to listen and explain everything, GREAT bedside manner all around. He managed to squeeze me in last minute for a very painful, infected, partially erupted wisdom tooth. The entire process from registration and communication to sedation and extraction was amazing. How often can you say that about having a tooth pulled? He even called a few hours after the procedure to check in. I feel lucky to have had such a wonderful experience!
