Went in for a package I purchased including cleaning, polishing, x-rays and consultation. NO CLEANING, NO POLISHING but they charged me $50 for a copy of my x-rays so I could get a 2nd opinion. When a company puts barriers in place to dissuade patients from getting a 2nd opinion for $2,800 worth of work I have to question their integrity and the truth of their diagnosis. Went and received a 2nd opinion. The xrays Brian Dental ripped me off $50 for are grainy, and NOT USABLE. The new dentist did new xrays. BRIAN DENTAL SAID I HAD 8 CAVITIES - THE NEW DENTIST SAID I HAD ZERO, ZERO. BRIAN DENTAL WANTED TO DRILL INTO MY TEETH ON AN UNNECESSARY PROCEDURE FOR MONEY. GET A 2ND OPINION! Brian Dental emailed they would be charging my insurance company $50 for the xrays and they billed my insurance company $61. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!
