I am a very fortunate and grateful patient of Dr. Brian D. Jones DO. He performed a second spinal surgery on me and this time it was for a Laminectomy between L1 and L3 on both left and right sides. I was blessed with another successful spinal surgery by Dr. Brian D. Jones DO once again. Kevin D. Burns Graham, Wa. January 19, 2022

Dr. Jones replaced my hip after I fractured it in fall. Best decision ever. He took great care of me, answered all my quesions and my hip could not be better. This year I saw him again after I fell and fractured my elbow. His care has been excellent. With therapy, my elbow has gained almost full range of motion at 8 weeks, which is better than he predicted. Super happy with Dr. Jones.

Very nice doctor. Helped me a lot and kept me informed of how my 2 fractured ankles were healing. Didn't hurt me at all, (anymore than fractured ankles do anyway) He was very busy, but took time with me. Well worth waiting for. Front desk was very helpful, even thought it was very busy that day.

For an orthopedic building, it’s odd you have only 1 access for wheel chairs. The self check in was all out it wrong, I tried several times to call & correct it, spent a lot of my own time having to do their work. My appt was at 2:20 & 2:45 I was still sitting waiting. I was in a lot of pain so filling in sign in information was very frustrating. Then I continued to wait in the patient room. Very narrow Hallways & rooms were not accommodating for wheelchairs. I didn’t feel they were very thorough as they didn’t take X-rays off my shoulder or hip - just my knee. Again, in so much pain! I’ve been 100% non weight bearing fir 3 weeks in a rehab hone & I don’t feel like we’ve made any headway. And 3 weeks of wasted time.

It was a total waste of my time and put my wife and I through some hardship. Do I want a cortisone? How in the world do I know? Do I need one? He gave no recommendation on this. He told me nothing that was useful. They made like I had to come in ASAP. I had to drive crosstown to be there at 740 AM.

In the last few months, I have seen Dr. Jones twice. He is trying to figure out why both of my feet are constantly numb. He takes the time to listen to my problems and is easy to communicate with. In his plan of action, he has advised me to have an MRI of my lower back to help in his diagnosis of my problem. I trust and highly recommend him.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jones for about a little over a year and I would definitely recommend him. He takes the time to listen to ailments/concerns and has a dialect before coming to a conclusion of what actions to take. He's extremely professional and easy to talk too. There's a bit of a wait when waiting on your appt, but from my years and years of having good physicians, those good ones always have a wait. It only means they take the time needed with their patients.

I had a herniated disc which was very painful leaving me barely able to walk. I went to see my primary who referred me to Dr. Jones. Dr Jones explained all of my options and the benefits of each. I elected for the permanent option of surgery to cut off the portion of the disc that was pressing on the nerve. Dr Jones and his team did a great job of preparing me on what to expect throughout the process and beyond. The surgery went very well with no complications. My pain was manageable , and I was back to work in 1 week
