Dr Joachim spends ample time each and every time I visit, uowards tof 30 minutes. I used to have to see him every 3 months but he is so busy that the schedulers can't get me in for about 5 months. Once the clinic is finished adding on and hiring new MD's it should get back to normal...I hope. He is wonderful but since they are understaffed the clinic is another matter
