Dismissed for questioning office staff
I had been a patient for over 5 years. Dismissing Dr Irelands harsh bedside manner as a bad day after yelling at me for talking about anxiety after husbands suicide and managing stress. Then when I did have a serious neurological and vascular issue the office manager would not allow me to talk to the dr or nurse. The PA missed information on bloodwork after a well visit that I needed an explanation. I am a very calm patient, not causing problems and simply concerned for my health. They billed incorrectly. They referred me to out of network specialists. After just wanting a discussion with the doctor. I went to every referral, followed every order and I was dismissed from practice for not following clinical guidelines. I assume it had to do with Brenda. She was rude and un-empathetic. . No call from Dr or PA. Apologies from front office staff for issues I had. Disappointed in care for a serious problem I was diagnosed with after leaving. I was persistent with care elsewhere.

NOT!! Office practice has diminshed!
Unfortunately, my elderly parents have been going to them for 30+ years. Therefore not able to change to different Dr. Not as tho they ever see the Dr only PA. have had several bad experiences with them regarding my mom. Seems they opt for her to go to "urgent care" vs seeing her on 1 occasion as she was sick but cuz she hadnt had a recent COVID test they said go to urgent care (jan2023)& as she has a UTI & very difficult to get to office had previously situation, they called in antibiotics, but today requested she come in!!! I told them impossibile as she is difficult & uncooperative. And most likely not going to pee in cup. Instead they wanted a video conference!!! So let me ask by having a video conference that would determine that she has a UTI??? W..!!! Ive been my moms primary caregiver, NOT THEM, I know when somethings off w/my mom. Did a urine test strip was positive UTI, plus other symptoms. But they insisted on her coming in. Knew wasnt going to be able to & if I had she was

Dr Ireland is very tentative and makes sure you understand your condition. Takes time for you and cares about what you want as the patient. He’s also the best for manipulations, he always fixes my neck pain and gives me months of relief before it need more treatment.

Doctor Brian Ireland is a very good doctor. After Covid I experienced one of the worst situations. Lost insurance and couldn’t see specialist anymore. However Doctor Brian did not give up on me. He will be my Doctor for a very long tome. Thank you Doctor Brian for treating me like family.

One of the best Dr.’s I have ever had.I’ve been going to him for about 5 years now and I have had several issues and illnesses and one bad allergic reaction to a vaccine( not given by him) , also had pneumonia one time. He’s gotten me through some really rough times. Very understanding. Listens to you and does what is best for you. His staff is also wonderful, the receptionists are so nice and also understanding and get back to you and work with you for appointments. The nurses are great as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am going to look for a new primary care doctor due to the office staff! The doctor is great, its the staff that pisses me off every time i go there or call on the phone. When you call you ALWAYS get put on hold then they never answer or they hang up. Also when you have to talk to ANY office staff they are rude as hell and snotty to you. they make it like your bothering them. Its a shame the office staff is bringing this place down. They would all be fired if it were me.

My husband was diagnosed with diabetes. He was told to start a diabetic diet. However, he received NO paperwork, pamphlets, tutorials, or seminars to attend on how to start the diet. I called asking what I should do, since I am the one that cooks for him. The receptionist made me feel like I was "in the wrong for asking". I left a message for Dr. Ireland to contact me. His office did call me, and told me I could pick-up some pamphlets regarding the diet, and I did so. Not quality service!!

My husband and I left the practice after about a year. We never had more than ten minutes with the doctor. A physical consisted of blood pressure, weight and temp, listen to chest and check meds and quickly look at blood work . Most of our visits were less than 5 minutes. Having been in the medical field for years, we were very dissatisfied and did not feel we had a caring doctor. The only way you rate there is if you buy their 2,000.-00 pkg, ARROGANT AND NON CARING just a number.

We are new to the Ireland Family Practice. I am ecstatic to finally find a doctor I trust and am happy to be his patient. He is very thorough and has my best interest at heart. I am so happy my husband and I finally found a great family doctor after living in the area for two years. It is extremely hard to find a good, reputable physician and I feel we got one of the best.

As per my insurance, I am entitled to a well check each year. I needed him to perform that well check and then fill out a simple one page form for my adoption agency. He walked in with me in a gown and flat out told me he would not fill out that form, which is the only reason I went to see him. So, I left without being seen. Later, he filed a claim with my insurance, voiding my annual well-check so that I could not go to another doctor. He was incredibly rude and uncooperative!
