Dr. Brian Hyatt, MD

Absolutely unbelievable. I scheduled almost 3 weeks prior as a new patient. Show up at their office today and the lady in front says they had to cancel it because of some kind of conflict in my medication. I have literally driven 45 miles to be here. With a very “tough luck” attitude, the lady working the front tells me someone else tried to contact me just a few days ago but that’s all she knows. I show her my missed calls list, my voicemails, and note that there is no email message from them. Again, she “knows nothing about it”. This crosses the line of extreme unprofessionalism. If it’s any indication of how the doctors operate here, do yourself a favor and find another psychiatrist. They should be embarrassed. If you check other reviews, you’ll find similar complaints.

visited this office for almost 15 months. At my first visit, I saw DR Hyatt and then they continuously rotated me between their nurses and unfortunately, they treated me as a $$$ since they never listened well to me, and all they were doing just asking me if I like to stay on the same medicine or not rather than listening to me and analyzing the prons and cons for each medicine. Strongly not recomanded

Excellent doctor. Both inpatient and outpatient experiences being treated by Dr. Hyatt have been good. I would recommend seeking help if you are dealing with any mental health disorders.

Knowledgeable doctor; took the time to explain my diagnosis and the treatment approaches available.

Absolutely abysmal experience, misdiagnosed, treated with medications that didn’t help and only made things worse, please consider finding another doctor/clinic for mental health issues. More care for money/swank than anything else.

If you are in NWA, looking for a psychiatrist, Dr. Hyatt is the one to see.

This is the best clinic with wonderful staff. Dr. Hyatt is the first psychiatrist to listen to me about my concerns that while seeing other providers have ignored and felt that no help was needed. NWA needed this clinic. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

Dr. Hyatt and his clinic and staff are the best in NWA. Would recommend any provider as well as therapist at this clinic!!! Easy to schedule, make every attempt to see patients within short notice, listen to my concerns.

Dr. Hyatt does not have an adequate plan in place for patients when he is out of the office or during non-business hours or when your prescription is written wrong. I felt his lack of eye contact and lack of concern very impersonal. I did not feel valued or listened to. When he wrote me a letter to discontinue treating me, he had zero advice or referrals for me in regards to what I should do next.

Dr. Hyatt and his staff are amazing! I felt totally comfortable with him and he put all of my concerns to rest. I am ?? confidant that he put me on the best treatment plan. We are so blessed to have a doctor of his caliber in NWA....finally!

Just wonderful!! The staff are friendly, the office is beautiful and comfortable, and the care given goes far beyond anyones expectations. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. You guys are so great! Thank you for being so kind and helpful!

Really cold person. He wanted me take pills that I didn’t want to get addicted to. Will keep looking.
