Terrible bed side manner
I work in the medical field so I understand the importance of a short but accurate description of medical history is crucial to treating a patient. He refused to listen to the few sentences I had to say about my son. He kept interrupting me, rushing me and in the end didn’t listen to the few words I could get out. Again I kept it short and wasn’t long winded. He did nothing for the reason why we were there and left us confused and unsure of what to do about future diagnosis, appointments and testing. The nurses were more attentive and caring but we will not be going back to him.
What went well
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Staff friendliness
  • Wait times
What could be improved
  • I didn't feel respected
  • Didn't listen or answer questions
  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Appointment was rushed
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions

Dr Conley spent less than five minutes in the room with us, enough time to tell us our kid was obese and we should t give him soda (we don't). We asked for him to look at my sons feet (he is complaining frequently about them) and he did not before blowing out of the room. His entire demeanor was just trying to get this done and get out. I will not be seeing him again.

Dr. Conley is outstanding. He's great with both kids and parents, answers questions thoroughly, and stays up-to-date on current research. The nursing staff there is also excellent.

My children did not enjoy his manner. He also did not seem to give accurate medical information. I could tell he was trying hard to be friendly. But, I have told my friends not to go to him.
