Extremely satisified
Extremely satisified, I've had pain in my heel for a couple of months and Dr Burke is highly recommended by several of my friends, saw him today, and got xrays and he showed me the xrays and explained everything so that I understood my options. I will never go to any other ortho

I can recommend Dr Burke with the highest level of confidence. He replaced my shoulder, saved my rotator cuff, and fixed the 3 humerus fractures during the same surgery. In 2 weeks I’m walking around without my sling. He is professional, informative and a delight to work with. I’m so grateful to Dr Burke and wish I saw him 10 years ago to fix my many shoulder problems

I’ve had continuous shoulder problems for 6 years now. I saw two previous doctors about this issue and they rushed their conclusions and treated the issue as it were nothing. After seeing Dr. Burke, he truly cared about my well being and treated the issue seriously. Because of this I was able to get the necessary diagnosis and now I’m on the treatment for my shoulders. I’ve lived in different countries and experienced several health systems around the world, and I’ve never met a more professional, caring and positive doctor in my life. Highly recommended!

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. He did a hip replacement on me in 2019. I woke up and could not feel my leg. He said he must have “irritated” the sciatic nerve during surgery but it would get better in a few weeks. It did NOT. I got worse. An EMG and NCS test showed severe nerve damage. My hip, leg, foot and back pain never stopped. The last time I saw him, he said it would be another YEAR. I requested all my files and was shocked to see that his reports did NOT match what he told me!!! 17 months and many doctors later, they found that the back pain is due to pinched nerves! I am crippled (I need a brace and cane to walk). My leg, foot and back hurt constantly. My HIP hurts worse than before the surgery! I wish I had not had surgery! So many things I loved, I can no longer do. I wish I had never laid eyes on Brian Burke! A word to the wise, find another doctor BUT if you do go to him, demand to see your x-rays and request the office notes, so you know the truth.

Dr. Burke did my total knee replacement in August. While I initially trusted him to do my surgery, the after effects were my worst nightmare. My incision opened up after 3 weeks and became infected. He immediately placed me on 3 antibiotics without culturing the infection. He proceeded to send me back for 2 wound treatments in the hospital, and put me on a small skin vacum for superficial skin issues, which did nothing as I now had a wound @ 1 inch long and 1 inch deep, which he SURGICALLY stitched up knowing I had a hole in my leg. Nightmare continued and he never recommended I see a wound specialist, as my situation was NOT in his expertise. Tied to cover his tracks by stitching up a hole, vs. recommending I seek proper medical treatment. Think twice before letting him be your orthopedic. The assistants in his office were so kind to me, but my problem was his admittance of failure in my treatment and referring me to the right doctor. Am starting month 4 of this problem!

Nothing short of a miracle. I was in such excruciating pain, I could not walk, sit, stand or get a good night sleep. This went on for well over a year, before that I was a pretty active 60y/o. After surgery the arthritic pain was gone, after 5 weeks, I feel like a new person. Dr Burke is very easy to talk to and his bed-side manner is impeccable.

I've had a full hip replacement surgery back in May of 2020. This was decades in the making. I found Dr Burke as a referral from my primary. I went for my initial consult and from that first moment, I felt comfortable. Dr Burke is VERY easy to talk to, he listens and takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The surgery was amazing! There was NO PAIN. Not afterwards. Was it uncomfortable? Sure, for a few days. He had me out of the hospital the SAME DAY and my physical therapy started the very next day. I've followed the regimen and have gotten back my life! His office staff is AMAZING! The bone on bone pain was gone INSTANTLY from when I woke in the recovery room and every day I get stronger and gain a bit more mobility! It has now been just over 3 months, after another follow up and Dr Burke couldn't be happier with the results. I had to hug him for giving me back my life! I have already and would continue to recommend him for anyone needing an Ortho Surgeon!

I had cuff rotator surgery with Dr Burke, the procedure was performed at the highest level: clear explanations provided, not a single second of nausea post anesthesia, amazing pain management, no significant scars left, the personnel was always very nice, no mess with insurance payments and what is most important my arm is now as good as it was before the procedure, beyond expectations! I'd like to thank Dr Burke and all the staff involved in the procedure. I would highly recommend him

I made an appointment and they weren’t sure about my insurance. They informed me to call my insurance my insurance to date says that he is a provider and they denied me care. Did not give me any options. I work for a doctors office and we would never in a million years deny coverage to someone without giving options. Absolutely unacceptable. People who are sick deserve better treatment

I'm a 60 year old active hip replacement patient. I've been very pleased with Dr. Burke from start to finish. He's knowledgeable and patiently explains everything in layman's terms in addition to answering all my quetions. Office staff is kind and helpful and both pre-op and post op appointments were on time.

I have had several orthopedic surgeries in the last 7 years. I wish I had known Dr. Burke prior to starting the process. I immediately felt at ease in his office. Upon meeting him I knew this was the doctor to help me. My surgery yesterday was a fairly simple procedure. Dr. Burke and his staff at St. Anthony's Surgery Center are top shelf! Never felt more at ease and relaxed before, during and after. Thanks again Dr. Burke

Dr Burke replaced both of my hips at the same time! Most people have been very surprised as this is not done often. In fact, all the nurses and physical therapists at St Anthony’s told me I was the first patient they’ve had to have this done. Dr Burke is awesome! I am 1 week post op and doing great!

All he did was look at an x-ray from the hospital. He didn't even look at my broken toe. My insurance company paid him and I paid him the co-pay. I was in his office less than ten minutes. Then, he sent me a big bill that was in addition to what he was already paid. Very bad billing practices/overcharging

My husband had a total Hip replacement on Friday and we could not recommend any one more highly than Dr Burke. I am a retired ARNP, CNM so we interviewed 3 surgeons in the area and researched what we could about the Drs and facilities. We were immediately impressed with Dr Burke regarding his professionalism, ability and willingness to answer all questions, his honesty and knowledge. The surgery went smoothly with no complications my husband is already walking with a cane 6 days post op.

Dr. Burke operated on my left shoulder on Dec 8 2017. I cannot say enough about the absolutely GREAT care he and his entire staff provided me.. From the first visit, to the surgery, to the follow up, he and staff are second to none. If more than 5 stars were available, he'd get them. THANKS DOC FOR A GREAT JOB !!!!!! Capt Brad Schultz.
