Very thorough and thoughtful.
I've been a patient of Dr. Brosnan for several years now. Being a fare skinned, blue eyed Norwegian who grew up in Southern California who never used sunscreen until he was in his 30s, I have a lot of lesions that he either treats or biopsies then refers me for further treatment, if necessary. It's nice seeing a specialist who actually remembers a conversation from a previous visit six months ago.

Completely indifferent about your concerns
If you want a doctor that simply gives you a diagnosis without hearing your concerns Dr. Brosnan is for you. He does not listen to your concerns or needs. Simply gives your prescription or over-the-counter drugs without understanding your ailments. I was concerned about a possibly cancerous lesion on my skin. He does not run tests to ensure what I have on my skin is not cancer and gaslights me when I raise concern. Overall, seems that he does not care about patients and simply goes through his day trying to complete his daily quota.
