Dr. Baker always reassures me about my medical issues, what we need to do. He's absolutely an ANGEL that was sent to me

I live in Colorado Springs. It's basically a 20 minute drive to his office from my house and we'll worth the slightly extra drive. He is very compassionate and empathetic. I have been going to him for a couple years and have seen him several times. I have a lot of faith and confidence in his expertise and highly recommend him! Office staff is amazing too!

I have been seeing Dr. baker since 2019 and can say that any concern I have had he looks into. My past appointment one of my blood tests came back with concern and referred me to a doctor to look further into a possible condition. It is nice to have a doctor that addresses concerns. I recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Baker is an amazing Physician. He is everything good you read about him and more. Dr. Baker not only listens to the patient and any family member that comes along but he actually shares his thoughts and explains clearly the course of action he intends to take and why. These are the kind of Doctors that are a rare find and if you happen to find, won't want to let go. Doctor Baker's support staff are equally great (you need this if you need a referral for another appointment, medical equipment or meds). All in all, the best Doctor in Colorado Springs! Dr. Baker is also knowledgeable, kind and compassionate... do I need say more? He sees three generations of my family members and we all love him!

Wanted to switch to Dr. Baker as my primary care physician based on reviews and proximity. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke to was very short with me, despite the fact that I explained that I wanted to switch primary care physicians due to poor service. It's just not that hard to be friendly, empathic, etc. when a new customer comes calling. I'll pass. Dr. Baker might be great but let's face it, we spend as much time with a doctor's staff as with the doctor him/herself. I'll pass.

What a breath of fresh air! I don’t normally write reviews but this is the best doctor I have had. He was recommended by everyone on “next door” and they were right! He is very understanding, informative, and makes sure I am involved in the medical decisions. He also has a good sense of humor! I feel so comfortable with him and his team. Will be coming back “forever”, he better not move!

What a great physician and person in general! He sees my entire family from my 1yo son through my 92 year old grandfather, and we all adore him! He takes the time to clearly explain what is going on and uses diagrams or whatever necessary to ensure we feel comfortable with the diagnosis. He has been managing my thyroid issues for 3 years now, and I have been feeling great! He is always on time and we never feel rushed. His MA is also amazing. We will follow him anywhere!

I previously worked with Dr Baker in Denver, and have has many friends and family treated by him. I was printing his info for another patient when I saw the September 2019 review, and felt compelled to comment. I can attest that he would never advise someone take a medication without good cause, and certainly knows how to manage thyroid disease. Furthermore, the second opinion this patient sought out was actually wrong: “Most commonly, biotin use can result in falsely high levels of T4 and T3 and falsely low levels of TSH, leading to either a wrong diagnosis of hyperthyroidism or that the thyroid hormone dose is too high.” Which is the opposite of what this patient is stating. I would trust Dr Baker as my PCP any day. People are entitled to be cruel or unhappy, and they are entitled to their opinion- even if they are wrong, but someone needs to stand up for the good guys out there. I will continue to refer patients to Dr Baker!

Excellent! Great bedside manner and took time to actually listen and explained my options well! Never felt pressured to do anything. Will be my new office for sure!

Amazing Doctor treats patients well and staff

I have no confidence in Dr. Baker and changed my primary care doctor. He ordered prescription for high reading of my thyroid on my blood test without checking to see why it was high. I checked and had it verified by another doctor that biotin in vitamins causes false readings. I got off the vitamins with biotin, had another blood test and instead of a reading of 4.82, it was 2.50. I don't trust a doctor who puts patients on meds without a thorough check. Baker's office did not call me back for many days. Maybe his office people need to be replaced.
