Dr. Smith and his staff are extremely friendly, caring, and professional. There was no wait time. Caesar greeted me and took me right in for X-rays. When finished, Dr. Smith and Sarah were ready to examine me and explain the X-rays and treatment plan. The entire visit was great! I felt like they genuinely cared about me.

The BEST surgeon I’ve ever encountered. Down to earth, LISTENS to his patients and provides the TRUTH. My by name request to replace my other hip. First one 7 years later doing great.Man of Faith, and his staff is FIRST CLASS!

I knew I was in good hands the first time I met Dr Smith and the staff! He explained everything thoroughly to my wife and I and with his great sense of humor he made us both feel comfortable. As I met with the pre-operation staff I grew more and more confident with the whole Andrews Institute staff! The surgery went great as planned! The office staff and the X-ray tech were very efficient and very friendly. All was on time as scheduled, but the best part was meeting Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith took all the time to answer questions and show me in great detail on my x-ray where I was having intermittent pain in my hip. He confirmed that I needed to continue my exercise program but did not need a hip replacement surgery. Dr. Smith is a genuine treasure and very professional in all respects.

Doctor Smith provides incredible care. He is very his patient and thorough in explaining any necessary surgical procedure, exploring all possible options. My hip replacement performed by Dr. Smith was completed with no last complications and a very short recovery period with minimal physical therapy. Noteworthy is Doctor Smith's entire staff. From his front office professional staff including Christy, to Doctor Smith's assistants, PA-C Sarah Baron and PA-C Jason Lunsford, everyone I've encountered on my several visits showed a sincere caring approach.

Dr. Smith did hip replacement surgeries for me on both left and right hips. He was caring and extremely competent. I had no issues in healing or physical therapy. I am now 79 years old and have never had a problem. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone who needs any type of orthopedic surgery,
