rushed and belittled
I did not see Dr Martindale for sports medicine, but for urgent care. I never felt so belittled and rushed out the door. I have been battling sinus issues for years and it is in my records. I went in very sick with chest pains, congestion, fatigue, sore throat, etc. While waiting in the office for a considerable amount of time, I was having issues breathing. I had to make my way to the door and tell them I was struggling. His nurse came in to help and he came in a little later. He would not let me catch my breath and did a very fast check up telling me it was just a virus. I then informed him that I have a history of sinus issues, He prescribed a steroid and walked out of the room expecting me to get up and leave. As he stood by the door, I told him I needed time to catch my breath as I was still struggling to breath and was visually upset. He left. One week later I found myself back at the doctor, paying another co pay, still very sick. This time I was able to get into my ENT, thankfu

He explained things thoroughly but was not condescending. He listened to my answers and opinions. I heard that getting a cortisone shot was very painful. But Dr. Martindale was so slick it was really not much worse than getting a flu shot!

I saw Dr. Martindale today and was completely blown away by his thorough examination, logical options for my pain, explanation of X-rays and ultrasound results, and extreme patient care. He listened attentively and in such a caring manner. I have not been exposed to this kind of medical care and understanding in many years. Ogden Clinic has a gifted physician in Dr. Martindale. Thank you!

Dr. Martindale was fantastic! I've been having extreme hip pain and he took the time to really listen to my symptoms. He walked through the X-rays with me and gave several options for treatment. He was the best doctor I've been to in years! Thank you Dr. Martindale!
