I did not see Dr Martindale for sports medicine, but for urgent care. I never felt so belittled and rushed out the door. I have been battling sinus issues for years and it is in my records. I went in very sick with chest pains, congestion, fatigue, sore throat, etc. While waiting in the office for a considerable amount of time, I was having issues breathing. I had to make my way to the door and tell them I was struggling. His nurse came in to help and he came in a little later. He would not let me catch my breath and did a very fast check up telling me it was just a virus. I then informed him that I have a history of sinus issues, He prescribed a steroid and walked out of the room expecting me to get up and leave. As he stood by the door, I told him I needed time to catch my breath as I was still struggling to breath and was visually upset. He left.
