Dr. Brett Laggan, DDS

What a negative experience with Dr. Laggan (also referred to as The Grinch!!!!!) He can be cruel and condescending to his patients and he missed some very important oral issues during the Dr visit with my family member. My family member had to follow up with another expert in oral surgery and more money spent just to receive a proper and full diagnosis, treatment plan and much needed surgery. He's not as great as he believes he is and needs to take many steps back and treat people in a better manner, diagnose and treat his patients properly, he also needs to come off of his high horse. THIS IS A MUST READ!!! Avoid Dr Laggan... read the other low ratings. If you are NOT going to get implants, then use another dentist. Very pricy and when I told him that I was opting for a lower denture rather than implants, he couldn't get me out of the chair quickly enough. I wish he had told me to just go to another oral surgeon. He proceeded with the extractions and said that there was no reason for me to come back to him for my followup... just go see my regular dentist. BUT, what he didn't tell me was that he had cracked 2 of my teeth along with jaw bone during the extractions. He just wanted me out of his office because he wasn't going to make money on me. And sure enough, I did have to reach out to my regular dentist.... 4 times... to try and pull out that bone/tooth material from inside my gums with tweezers and only a local anesthetic. Let me tell you that is NO fun. So... BEWARE or suffer a NIGHTMARE!!

After 6 months of leaving voice mails, in person messages, emails, and phone calls, my dental insurance company still has not received an invoice from this practice. Now my Carecredit no interest promotional period is over and I will be paying 6 months of back interest because of this office and their ineptness. They are not motivated to bill my insurance company, because they have already received their money from Carecredit. So therefore, I do not recommend using this facility or their services. I am very disappointed in their lack of concern, lack of follow through and general lack of care.

He takes time to explain throroughly and has an excellent manner. Staff is great!

During the oral surgeon surgery he had friends show up and they carried on a conversation about what they was going to do for the weekend and this happened two different times

I can’t thank Dr.Laggan and his wonderful staff enough ! They have been absolutely amazing, some of the sweetest people I have ever met ! I had my widsom teeth removed (they did a great job ) however I did have some complications that caused me lots of pain, they were more than happy to see me immediately as a walk in! Thank you Dr.Laggan and all of your staff for being amazing !!

Dr. Laggan is an amazing doctor and his staff is outstanding. Everyone in the office is always helpful and friendly. I have had multiple procedures done here, and have been satisfied each time. I would confidently send anyone I knew his way.

I needed to have a tooth that was abscessed removed and was referred to Dr Laggan by my dentist. I was so scared to have a molar cold because a previous cleaning caused my surgical site to get very infected to where I was under wound care for 3 months. dr. Laggan prescribed the proper antibiotics. I was expecting the worst with a lot of pain But I never had one bit of pain. After the anesthesia wore off a few hours later I felt like I didn't even have anything done. He's the best.

Stay away from this orthodontist. Very unprofessional, never confirmed name of patient upon entering room or called them by name. Never explained what procedures he was going to do and how he was going to do them.

Dr. Laggan was extremely caring and even got me in for my wisdom teeth to be removed in the same week as my consultation. He was available to answer my husbands call when I had questions about the medications I was taking and was very helpful.

Very poor staff and unpleasant visit. Extremely over priced!

Dr Brett Laggan did a wonderful job on my implant. He was very easy to talk to and every question was answered fully. The office staff was great. Not one time did they ever become annoyed at all my questions. Hannah, Angie and Vickie are very friendly and make the process extremely easy. So happy to have found them, because my daughter needs to have her wisdom teeth removed and I know she is in great hands.

I was referred for bone loss. He could have done unnecessary procedures but showed me I have NO bone loss at all. That's integrity!

Dr. Laggan is very organized, professional and confident. I was very impressed with knowledgeable of the staff as well.
