Doctor Franklin is a very caring physician who clearly explained my diagnosis and provided me with the options. I chose rotator cuff repair surgery and was very pleased with the team, him, and the outcome. I understand why my previous surgeon who had retired, recommended Doctor Franklin for any follow up surgeries. I highly recommend Brett Franklin and will see him again when it’s time to replace my knee.

I've seen Dr. Franklin over the years for a knee and a shoulder surgery. He's extremely skilled, caring, patient, and really cares about his patients. I'm almost 50 and am still able to be active due to his care and ongoing help. We have many friends who has used him for various surgeries and everyone loves Dr. Franklin. Highly recommend him!

Great doctor. He operated on my right and left rotator cuff in the past 7 years and all is good. He currently is treating both of my knees. Will soon need knee replacement and I will have him operate. He is very punctual and thorough. Highly recommend.

Tired of waiting and being given the run around. If I hadn’t recently moved to this area, I would have already had a hip scope done. Dr. Franklin keeps putting it off. Three Intramuscular injections then a hip joint injection. None of those worked, and now he states he is hesitant about doing surgery because he doesn’t know if the injections worked and because I was lacking in the eye contact department. Poor bedside manner. Rushes you out of his room. I want answers as I have had hip pain for almost two years.

I’m 70 yr old woman who desperately needed a right hip replacement and was very apprehensive about the procedure. Dr.Franklin thoroughly explained the entire procedure and quickly put mind at ease. He, his surgical team and staff were absolutely wonderful. My surgery was flawless and my recuperation has been virtually painless. He and his team were all professional, knowledgeable, efficient, kind and helpful. The physical therapy at SportsMed has also been top notch. My only regret is that I didn’t have it done earlier. Dr. Franklin will be my choice for any further orthopedic needs I might have. I highly recommend Dr.Franklin and his staff at SportsMed for your orthopedic needs.

Absolutely top notch treatment. Dr. Franklin immediately identified my condition (distal bicep tendon tear) and then confirmed his diagnoses with an MRI. He followed protocol and ridiculous insurance procedures with PT. When PT proved unsuccessful he scheduled and completed surgery. Surgery was executed perfectly and my recovery was exactly as he described. My bicep is back to pre-injury condition thanks to Dr. Franklin. Dr. Franklin and his entire staff at SportsMED are outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Franklin and SportsMED for any orthopedic injuries. Thank you Dr. Franklin and the staff at SportsMED.

Dr. Franklin is thorough in his exam, friendly in his manner and explained my condition and treatment in ways I could understand. He is excellent. I recommended him to my son who is very athletic and was also having hip problems. Dr. Franklin’s SportsMED office staff were also very helpful and Dr Mallory O’Neal, PT, was also exceptional.

Dr. Franklin performed a hip joint replacement for my left hip. Prior to scheduling the surgery he discussed my problem and gave his recommendation that surgery was the best solution-- including the benefits and the possible negative consequences (none!). My wife and I agreed. Surgery was scheduled. It went well in every respect, as has recovery. He is friendly, straightforward, and has excellent MD-Patient communication skills. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Dr. Franklin replaced my knee in July and did an outstanding job. He is very considerate and listens to all your questions and concerns. My knee has healed beautifully and I am ver pleased. I would certainly recommend Dr. Franklin to anyone who asked.

I was sent to SportsMed today by a walk in clinic with NO referral and turned away...... As I was leaving a nurse chased me to my car to tell me Dr. Franklin would work me in! Saw him for a knee injury and he was AMAZING!!! Kind, professional, gentle. I had to get a steroid shot in my knee , which shall I say, SCARED ME TO DEATH!!!!! His CRNP Natalie gave it to me and was done before I knew she had done it!!!! Nurse Allison held my hand and told me stories to distract me!!! Amazing staff!!! Ty!!

Dr. Franklin encompasses all of the qualities desired in an orthopedic surgeon. He listens and offers honest and competent opinions and advice. My care with a broken arm and reverse shoulder surgery was excellent. I love the early 7:00 am appt. times and the "no wait" time. Excellent staff and very personable.

Dr. Franklin is always so professional and always treated me so well. I truly believe that he cares about me, and that he takes the best possible care of me. He performed a rotator cuff surgery, and two finger surgeries on me - all three very well with no issues afterwards. Great Doctor who has my complete trust.
