Amazing Dr
Dr. Braly has preformed 2 serious cervical surgeries on me. He is a kind, compassionate and gifted surgeon. He always takes the time to explain the situation. If I could, I would give Dr Braly, Shae, and Ryan a 10 stars out of 5. I couldn't ask for a better Dr and staff. He is my lifetime Dr and I feel so blessed.

Awesome Doctor!
Dr Braly and his staff are the greatest. Dr Braly takes his time with you and explains things well. His PA, Katrina is the best! She explains things in every day language. I highly recommend this office. Nurses and front desk are very helpful.

Dr Braly is professional and caring. It took several months having different tests done before I actually got to meet him face to face. I am 76 and about two months post-op. He has told me what to expect and a pretty close timeline of when to expect things. I will be sending him referrals. That being said my stay at the hospital was not positive. I am a retired acute care nurse, my expectations of post-op care were not met!

He is gone more than he’s in. Has an MA call you back, who clearly doesn’t understand pain or care about patients. I was a great patient until my preop pain came back. Now I’m just a needy patient that needs to just quit calling. I have never talked down to someone like Brandy talked down to me today. Unnecessary and amazing she even works in healthcare. So, I’ll just keep crawling through the house because standing and walking are too painful. I thought I was so fortunate to have found Dr. Braly, but he doesn’t care. I’ve seen him in clinic once. If anyone cared, they would make patient calls. They would not leave that to an MA who likes to argue and guarantee didn’t take a single note for the chart.

Dr Braly did back surgery on me in September of 2017. He is an excellent surgeon and corrected multiple things wrong with my back. After recovery, I was doing great for the past 3 1/2 years. I started having some pain in my left leg again and made an appointment with Dr Braly. It took 45 days to get to see him. At my appt this past week I was told by the girl checking me in that I wasn’t going to see the Dr but his PA instead. I asked why and was told he doesn’t see patients, only does surgery. I asked why I wasn’t told this and she said very rudely that he doesn’t see patients. Then she asked for my insurance and I asked if he was even in. She said no, I needed to see his PA. Again I asked why and she just stared at me and said she needed a $40 copay then told me to fill out the forms. I returned the forms and asked her to credit back my $40. She just laughed at me. I will miss Dr Braly, he’s great, but the young girl checking me in was horrible. She is a detriment to his practice.

I had neck surgery six months ago to fuse two cervical vertebrae. From beginning to end (still have one more post op visit), the experience was phenomenal. Dr. Braly and the entire staff at the Spine Clinic and Community Hospital were professional and compassionate. The care before, during and after surgery could not have been better. It was definitely worth the four hour round trip to OKC and back to Wichita Falls. Post-op pain was almost non-existent. I give everyone involved high praise...the highest possible. Dr. Braly exceeded all expectations.

I love this Dr. He is thoughtful, kind, and caring. His ability to relate to his patients is unmatched. He explains carefully what needs to be accomplished. Then he does it. He is humble and wants to help. I know there are other surgeons but I want Dr. Brady. He prayed for me and asked for guidance from God! Had never happened before. Really wonderful person.

I found Dr. Braly and his staff to be attentive and willing to listen and then help me understand my choices. They answered my questions and I was encouraged to call if I had more questions. They also encouraged me when I asked about how to get the best outcome from my treatment. I am truly pleased with the outcome of my treatment and thankful for the care and knowledge that made it a success. I would recommend Dr. Braly to anyone.

He crippled me.i had to go to Virginia to correct what he did. The screws he put in were coming out. I ended up with permanent nerve damage in my right leg. He was dishonest because he did not know what to do. 3 months post surgery was telling me I was just where I needed to be. He would do an MRI to see what was happening. Used an old MRI to do the surgery. It was obvious I was getting worse and worse. He just could not admit something was wrong.

First visit with his PA-C (do not know when a person actually sees the Doctor) went very bad. She was in a big hurry (had only 2 others in the waiting area)--I brought in all the MRI's, completed history information, etc. . Not enough for her--wants a discogram (invasive procedure w/dye and risk of infection). I have had 3 hip surgeries with the second surgery due to infection--not crazy about putting my hip at risk-already have done so with injections to try to stop the pain. I have pain from neck all the way down to my lower back--severe accident and 40 years of pain. Not impressed in the least with her treatment of a disabled veteran. In a rush to get me out saying she has another patient waiting. No compassion shown at all and told can only see a person for one problem at a time. So, 2 more visits to possibly get anything accomplished. Visit was July 10, 2020. I am not sure what I will do next. A rating of 2 was high as to the treatment I received.
