The Best
Dr. Boots is excellent. On my 1st visit, she scheduled an EMG. I did not want to hear this as I knew the test is painful having had 2 EMGs, years before, by a different neurologist. I felt my previous neurologist was somewhat sadistic as she seemed to enjoy giving the test. When Dr. Boots did the EMG, she was very apologetic with each shock admitted. It was obvious that she felt the pain as much as I did. During visits, she listens to me and has noticed symptoms of other issues in comments I made in general conversation. I have contacted her office with questions between appointments and have always received a reply.

Dr. Boots was very professional and I felt very comfortable with her. She was very precise in her evaluation of my problem and I appreciate that she went out of her way to review my complicated test results immediately for another specialist I was seeing the very next day. Her office staff are very nice but Angie deserves a special shout out for the care she gives in managing schedules.

Dr Boots is great. Her office's practices are not. They discharged because I cancelled to many appointments. The problem is the past appointment that I canceled, which was on the same day I scheduled it, was because I was gonna wait till I have insurance. I wasn't told this by the person who scheduled and cancelled the appointment, nor was it notated in their system. The scheduling person made it seem like this would be completely acceptable, apparently it wasn't. They just sent me a letter and discharged me and refused to refill my prescription. Not to mention I spent 1000.00 for scans, only to be told "I see no reason why you were experiencing seizures. Honestly, avoid the office of Dr Breta Boots based on her office practices alone.
