A deceitful practice. I specifically asked Dr. Kort to perform the procedure when the appointment was set up. However, a different staff showed up and persuaded me to let her do the IUD insertion. Comparing to my past experience, the procedure was very painful and even caused bleeding which never happened to me. The woman asked the brand I used but never disclosed the brand of IUD she's using but rather the front desk handed me the brand name when I was on my way out!
