He is by far the best Dr I’ve been to regarding anything! Very knowledgeable, and it was all just a great experience. He took out 6 of my teeth, 4 of them wisdom. I had a great recovery and him and his staff really couldn’t have made me feel any better than they did. This place is the place to go.

Great customer service

As soon as my wife called they went right to work calling insurance and getting me in to have 7 teeth pulled. They got everything approved and got me in the office within 2 days. They were the best at explaining the process and calming my nerves. Will recommend their office to anyone!

Starting with first contact with Rhonda, everything was exceptional. The staff was very polite and everything went as it should. The day of the surgery, we appeared to be the only patients for at least a portion. We have used Dr. Avra twice for wisdom teeth now. He is deliberate. Time isn’t wasted, but he is not in a hurry. I appreciate that when he is going to be cutting on my face. All questions are answered and all bases are covered every step of the way. He impresses you with decades of experience through details, not by using medical terms or trying to sound smart. He knows what to do and how to do it. He also take great care to make your healing as easy as possible through personalized and detailed instructions based on your case. He makes you feel very comfortable about his knowledge and ability to take care of you while, at the same time, coming across as the uncle you love at family reunions for making jokes about everyone

The office was closed upon arrival for the appointment that was in 30mins. After filling out all necessary paperwork the wait began because the doctor wasn’t there in the office yet it was almost hour after arrival before the appointment started. We were the only patients in the office at this time. We had drove an hour and a half just for the appointment. The abundance of waiting was ridiculous the staff would only say that the doctor will be here in a few minutes. Finally after almost two hours the patient was finally getting done what needed to be done!! The biggest problem I have is the lack of information why this appointment wasn’t on schedule because the doctor was in office. When the office should have been opened and the doctor in office not to wait around for whenever he showed up. I understand things happen but to have a patient waiting for that long is ridiculous. We were there for over 3.5hrs total. Not very time friendly.

Dr. Avra & Rhonda communicated well from appointment scheduling, pre-procedure education, procedure, post-procedure education; as well as, provided all needed medications for positive recovery at home.

Dr Avra and his office staff are wonderful. He took the time to explain the procedure and treatment options and helped us find the right treatment plan for my daughter. His office staff are so friendly and go above and beyond for their patients.

Dr. Avra and his staff are phenomenal! As a patient with fear of all things dental; they made me feel very comfortable and took their time with me. Dr. Avra was thorough in explaining everything I needed to know. I’ve had a lot of encounters with a lot of medical professionals and most of the time have left those experiences feeling like another number or dollar sign. That was certainly not the case with Dr. Avra and his team. They truly care about their patients and their well-being. I’m so grateful to him and his staff! You all are amazing!

DR Avra and everyone at his office are very professional, friendly and caring. They make you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. My family and I have been to Dr Avra’s office for over years, will continue to go there and would highly recommend them.

Appointment time was honored ..... staff was courteous, professional, well organized while maintaining a friendly, supportive and comforting atmosphere. Dr. Avra went over my whole oral surgery with me. He answered all questions and showed the X-rays. He explained every step of the surgery and what happens after.

Dr. Avra and staff are the best. My daughter and I both have been taking care of and our experience was excellent. Having COPD was a problem but Dr.Avra explained everything and took all the steps to make sure everything went well. My results were great and I feel great. Thanks again to Dr. Avra and Rhonda for getting me in and taking care of.

Dr Avra was so thorough and took so much time explaining the surgery my son was undergoing. I'm a nurse and I can say, without a doubt, that I would recommend Dr Avra. We were so unrushed which is not the norm in healthcare!

Dr. Avra removed my daughter's 4 wisdom teeth one week ago, and we have been amazed at her recovery. Other than my sister's nephrologist, I've never seen a doctor be as thorough as Dr. Avra was. We weren't hurried in and out of the clinic as we'd been when our son had his wisdom teeth removed by someone else in a different city. While our son had a great deal of pain after his surgery, our daughter had so little discomfort that it's hardly worth mentioning. She only needed 2 pain pills, one upon arriving home and the second one being before bed that evening. She had some slight swelling on the day after surgery, but it was manageable and responded well to the postoperative instructions we were given. He thoroughly reviewed the postop care with me and gave us a well-organized list of medications and time table of when to administer them. This experience was unlike any other that we've ever had. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. I can't say enough words of praise about Dr. Avra.

Our granddaughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Avra. He was very informative and made her very comfortable. He explained everything he would be doing, His staff us wonderful also.

I was very impressed with how thorough the Dr was with my past medical history. he removed a back tooth for me and was concerned with putting me to sleep. He used as little anesthesia as needed and did perfect. Everything was explained to me in detail plus sent home with a printed paper with instructions. Everything has progressed great and I have given his name to several people. Very impressed!!!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Avra in February 2019. She has a blood disorder that can be problematic during surgery if precautions are not taken. She also takes a couple of medicines daily. Everything he did in preparation for the surgery and the after care was amazing. He made sure to list any possible interactions the meds might have and how to counter act that. The sheet of instructions were so thorough. He then made a “cheat sheet” to help us know when and how to take each medicine and explained it in detail himself. She was eating right after the surgery and her recovery was great. Listen to everything he says to do and you will have a great recovery. The office staff and nurses were also fantastic. Thank you so much Dr. Avra for taking such wonderful care of our daughter!! Would recommend going to Dr. Avra to anyone!
